Battery is s**t, takes forever to charge

These are now useless smoked these for years just lately after about 20 puffs no flavour and all you get is a burnt coil flavour the last 4 or 5 from the shop I buy have been like it no more I'm going to change brands ...unless the shop is buying dodgy ones an selling on ..

Items perfect, shame 2 flavours of refills out of stock, had to buy elsewhere, same price, delivered next day.

I purchased a Lost Mary BM6000 Pineapple Ice and within just a few days the device developed a serious leakage issue. Even after switching pods, the problem continued. I immediately stopped using it, cleaned the device, and confirmed its authenticity with the provided code.
I contacted Lost Mary customer support almost a month ago (15/8) with all these details, but I have received no response whatsoever. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
A leakage issue is not just an inconvenience; it should be treated with the utmost seriousness. Inhaling liquid or handling a leaking device can potentially lead to serious health risks, and any responsible company should address such cases urgently.
As a long-term customer, I was genuinely excited about Lost Mary’s non-disposable model, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. A company that ignores customers with defective and potentially unsafe products does not demonstrate accountability or care for consumer safety.
Until Lost Mary takes responsibility for product quality and improves their customer service, I cannot recommend their products.

I am writing this when ordering while in Spain to deliver in Spain. Since I moved I has been a challenge to sort out my vape supply, in the shops Is very expensive and I tried a few companies but Lost Mary has been amazing. The level of service is the same as my supplier in the UK, ordered and received next day. I love the product and when they do what they say they will do is amazing. I love Spain but must say companies here don’t aim for the same speed as in the UK but lost Mary totally exceeded my expectations. Thank you

Don’t buy from this company . They sent me fake vapes blowing gas . It’s dangerous for health . Emailing them they refusing to refund or take back their fake products . AVOID this place .

I recently purchased a Lost Mary 7000 puffs disposable vape, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Right out of the box, the device had a burnt taste, indicating that the coil was already burnt and the product was unusable from the start.

I reached out to report the issue on June 27, 2025, requesting a refund or replacement, but I have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication or support has only added to the frustration.

I understand that defects can happen, but what’s unacceptable is being completely ignored when trying to resolve the issue. I’m still waiting for a reply and a proper resolution, and I’ll update this review if anything changes.

In the meantime, I would advise others to test their devices immediately and be aware that customer service may be lacking.
