If I could give Zero stars I would. Well the owner of lotus moon Kayleigh started out ok but then my mistake was signing up for the membership which was a recurring charge of 97.00 dollars every 18th of the month. Well I had some fraud activity on my credit card and text to let her know that it was shut down and that my replacement was on its way in the mail and I would let her know well she went ahead and sent the payment through on the closed down card and caused so much extra crap for me to deal with when she could of waited for the new number like I asked her to but then on the final month of the membership she charged my card on the 18th of May then a week later sent a text saying that june was completely booked out and so july was coming up and I tried to book my last appointment and she text me.saying my credit was expired and im like w.t.f. ? So I had exactly less then 2 weeks from time she debited me to get in to see her or I lose the credit because she said june was booked out. Ok then you extend the credit thru July or you give the money back and she didn't do either so she thinks she is going to keep my money and not honor my credit because according to her she was full in june and I wasnt aware in may that I had less then two weeks to use that credit up or lose my money so screw her and in this day and age that isnt acceptable and I am.disputing the charge. Screw businesses that operate like that. Bad business. Way better esteticians out there that arent trying to rip you off. Buyer beware keep your money and steer clear of there
