Deaf awareness training
From companywide seminars and **award winning** CPD accredited eLearning to powerful interactive group sessions, you are sure to find what you need to provide your staff with the confidence and skills to communicate with colleagues and customers who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. Ask your colleagues, the chances are they would love to learn. All our courses are delivered by professional trainers with lived experience.
Workplace assessments
Support employees who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus to gain confidence and perform at their best with simple work environment adjustments, technology and support. A face-to-face or remote workplace assessment is carried out at the employee’s main place of work or via video call. It will usually last between 1 and 3 hours. Our experienced assessor will help identify some key solutions and provide practical advice on what support and reasonable adjustments can be made to support you and your staff at work.
British Sign Language (BSL) training
From our CPD accredited companywide eLearning packages to fun interactive group sessions. Support your staff to learn the basics and have conversations with colleagues and customers whose first or preferred language is BSL. BSL is a language used by deaf people to communicate using hand signs, gestures, facial expressions and lip patterns. It’s a totally different language to English.
Ask your colleagues, the chances are they would love to learn BSL. All our courses are delivered by professional trainers with lived experience.

Hearing loops
A hearing loop is an assistive listening system that helps make public premises welcoming to people with hearing loss.
They transmit audio directly to users’ hearing aids or cochlear implants, cutting out background noise and making speech and music clear. They also ensure that companies or organisations are being compliant with equality legislation.
Together with our partners we have all you need to ensure your venue is accessible.

Attended deaf awareness training delivered by Kevin Harper. The best training I’ve attended this year. Well facilitated, delivered and a good balance of information sharing and interactive activities included. Powerful and insightful training which I highly recommend.

Such a useful session
We had a 2-hour online deaf awareness briefing at work. All there for different reasons but mostly understanding and confidence when dealing with both colleagues and customers.
The session was expertly led by Kevin. Very informative, welcoming and useful. I was a little nervous as didn’t want to be put in the spot but he was incredibly reassuring and professional with a vast range of practical (not patronising) content!

Excellent and fun
Unfortunately I missed the first session of online BSL training but Steve made me welcome and helped me catch up. We had a really fun time and I feel more confident to go on learning on my own.

Funny and informative
Very enjoyable and interesting course, I had beginners 3 x 1 hour sessions and will be looking at how to learn more. Andrew is funny and informative, the hour flies over. I have learned some vocab, including my job title, where I work, times, days, and numbers. I think the course has demystified BSL for me as many of the signs are very literal, it's not as scary as I first thought but the trick is revision and practice. Andrew was a good teacher and I would recommend for beginners. THANK YOU!!
