I ordered my Louise Carmen via a video appointment and it was a truly wonderful experience. If you can't get the the store in person I really recommend a video call. The process is slick and my call lasted about 45 minutes. Every detail was discussed including choosing my leather for my journal at the end. I was so excited to receive my journal I literally tracked it from Paris to the UK. The product is beautiful, I am thrilled with it. Thank you Louise Carmen!

It was an amazing experience. The only way it could’ve been better is if I had been in one of the shops. Alas, not this time.

I had an incredible experience with Louise Carmen! Being able to video chat with a store representative and customize my journal without making the trip across the world saved me so much money. My journal arrived in DAYS within ordering and it was in pristine condition. I believe I worked with Laura. She was incredible and did not rush me and was patient as I had her show me multiple different charms, cord colors and more. Will be purchasing again very soon!!!! So happy to have this new journal as part of my ecosystem.

I love journaling but had not been doing it for quite some time. Watching the Louise Carmen videos that kept popping up in my social media feed got me excited to journal again. I was THRILLED to receive my Roadbook. It’s a beautiful bright pink with a Kelly green cord. The leather is high quality and it smells delightful. I’ve been inspired to journal every day!

My journal is perfect! I love everything about it, exactly as I imagined it. I just retired after working for 43 years. So excited to start the next chapter in my life which includes much traveling. My new Louise Carmen will be getting quite the work out. I had carpe diem stamped on the front in gold, I’ve always loved that quote.
