I ordered one double bed few months ago which was great so now we have ordered 2 more 1single and 1 king size delivered last weekend and both are amazing delivered on time as well no issues whatsoever

It’s not a subtle mistake or two, it’s total lack of skills to even understand proportions and basic bed making.

The upholstery is uneven everywhere, the corners are made not as all beds are made, and anything made of wood, with a diagonal cut on both sides that neatly join together seamlessly, instead they randomly place the sides attached to the bottom of the bed without any alignment, making it totally uneven and we can’t even call it a box, as you would need to slice A LOT OF THE SIDES to align them to the bottom board.

The wings are different in shape and the upholstery is fuller on one side and a collapsed “lung” on the other side.

There’s excess fabric randomly shown over the beds, with one side having do much excess fabric, it makes a deep pocket. Pity the pocket wasn’t carefully done and it’s only on one side, as it could be more storage space.

I requested horizontal upholstered shapes, like the Emma bed they sell, and they sent me vertical ones. On top of it, the frame shapes are totally different from the headboard’s, after multiple times explaining they had to be the same.

The headboard has the shapes ALL in different sides, some thinner and others thicker than they should be, and everyone can immediately see it. The seems sometimes have 2 lines, making a sort of a chord, similar to a badly stitched scar from a 1970 abdominal surgery gone really bad. It looks like they sewed once, it wasn’t ok, and instead of starting from scratch, they decided to add an extra one!

I immediately contacted them, after at least 3 failed deliveries scheduled with a no show, leaving all the wrappings in the communal area of my building, forcing my carer to go beyond their remit, and clear the communal lobby, as the delivery people left empty handed, despite all the wrappings of a supper king bed with a 5’2” headboard, a 12 stone super king mattress wrappings, and without taking the old mattress, as agreed.

Not only the service was terrible, as they have no idea on the basics of making a bed, AND YOU WILL REGRET 100% certain if choosing this rogue people, as they try to hide all the defects and badly made bed with a nonsense terms and conditions that state no refund or return from bespoke beds, totally against the law, believing that by delivering a banana, they are not liable for anything, because of their T&C, totally oblivious of their legal obligations, and read all negative reviews, and multiply it by 100, and you are still not describing the level of service this company offers.

I advise you to SCREENSHOT ALL MESSAGES YOU EXCHANGE WITH THEM, as they delete them, but I saw it coming and already submitted all the evidence.

You then make a legal complaint and they ignore you, hoping you do nothing and keep their excuse of a bed.

Ask a group of schoolchildren to make a school project of a bed, that even an F would be better that the thing they sent me.

If after reading this, you still use them, it’s 100% on you, as it’s not IF you will disappointed, but how disappointed you will be.

Ordered a super king size bed ottoman style! Very good service from start to finish, catered to every request and produced the perfect bed ! Delivered a lot earlier than promised and set it up beautifully. Large variety of mattresses to choose from. High quality Luxurious material used for head/foot boards. Would really recommend and will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered a ottoman table and specifically asked for gold feet instead of chrome. They sent chrome feet with 1 damaged one I called the company who told me they'd send gold ones out which I've not received. Since Sat noone answers the phone and the mobile phone provided is always switched off. Really annoying as I just want to set my table up. I've found this whole experience really stressful

Absolutely incredibly built beds do recommend to the other customers thinking of buying living in the busy streets of London it gets hard for a furniture company to accommodate my requests however they have great customer service have added every extra I have asked for and are tremendous to work with hand crafted a bed for my elderly father with arthritis and incapable of getting out of bed much big thanks to this company incredible people

Today, Lee delivered our two Polo beds, and He and Mark did an amazing job assembling the beds.
We were notified that beds will be delivered one hour in advance. An exceptionally good firm. We appreciate how wonderful our room looks.
