Rude and Unreasonable Customer Service
I ordered a bag that is very popular right now. It is currently April and the bag is not going to ship for about 9 months. I found it at another store able to ship right now, so I wanted to cancel this one that is again...not going to ship for 9 months, so there's no reason they can't cancel it. I got a very curt, rude response that all pre-orders are sales final. So...apparently I can't even return it when I get it in close to a year? Ridiculous. If you absolutely have to have a Loungefly, buy it from a store that actually has reasonable customer service.

Purchased a pricy adorable backpack and 9 months later it started falling apart with hardly any use at all. It was carefully stored as it was an adorable thing i wanted to keep extra careful of it. It started peeling in several places. Contacted customer service and since I didn't let them no within 30 days they refused to do anything about it. Horrible product horrible customer service. I'd rather pay more and but a quality product from another company that stands behind their products
Feels like a scam, but just incompetent staff
Ordered a backpack and wallet without realising my partner had already got it so started trying to organize a return. This took over a month due to slow and incompetent responses from their customer service. I have now been chasing them regularly for another month as despite seeing proof of delivery of my return I've had no communication and no refund and I'm still £120 out of pocket. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Edited to add. As a recent last resort, politely hassling their social media team elicited a response within 24 hours and managed to sort me out. It's disappointing however that this is what's necessary to get customer services to take any action.

I ordered on the 4th of january - but i decided that i would like to change my mind and refund it as i didn't know it wasn't the official website (silly me). Little did i know, my account didnt "exist" with the email i registered with when creating an account and my order number was hidden deep in my spam emails... I emailed them about this 3 times. The support email gave the same response each time and never responded again. By the time i DID find and give them my order number they never responded or gave me a refund. At one point, I had myself questioning the websites legitimacy and almost filed it to be a scam site - in which i may as well do after typing this review!
Horrible customer service
I never had a problem,till I made the biggest mistake of ordering pre order. I was did receive 4 items that were not pre oder which I did receive. My pre oder were on hold till 10/17/25 which would be released I've sent multiple emails horrible customer service, pretty much I lost my merchandise and they keep saying that merchandise was sent my order on my account says merchandise not shipped? I will never ever order from them ever again. Bad service in general. I honestly don't recommend to shop,shop at your own risk. Horrible!!!!!!!!

Have brought from here before and had no problems until recently when I ordered around 2 weeks ish before Christmas just after Black Friday, only to have the parcel stuck on waiting to be sent to courier for 3 weeks now, I know it’s the Christmas period but I’ve had no communication at all, the date for delivery date changed from 23rd December to “ parcel is on its way” no reply when sending emails and getting a bot replies when putting in a complaint. Had to get my bank to do a refund as it’s coming to the start of being 4 weeks no communication, no parcel , no update. Not sure what is happening with this website.

The parcel arrived damaged from Funko Europe, and I sent a picture of the box on the day it arrived. 2 weeks later, I received an email back from their support asking me to take 360-degree photos of the box that arrived damaged.....Do they expect me to go find the box in the landfill?
Fraud of a company with no customer service
4 emails and numerous attempts at trying to communicate to customer service through the completely useless AI bot on their website. Ordered 3 items 6 weeks ago, the money has been taken but no items received. Order number GBR20532328 incase they do actually have any humans working in customer service at this fraud of a company.

I ordered the large Dungeons and Dragons backpack and the money didn't leave my bank account but was telling me the order was being processed. I tried to get in contact THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and every time I was given a Support request number and ignored.
I gave up and ordered from BoxLunch instead and it's getting here quicker than the actual company website.
Today I got an email saying the label was created, then the money was taken out, but I cant even contact anyone to cancel the order because emails don't get answered, and they don't have a number to call.
Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company, shows item was delivered and it never was, sent five E-Mails to them, no response, now having to charge back on my credit card. Disgraceful company... avoid !!!!
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Order a loungefly bag on 22nd November. 30th November it stated that it had been received. Tracking has not updated since. I work in courier world and can see this has never been dispatched from themselves. I have emailed three times, I have instagram message them 3 times. I have twitter and I have called twice leaving voicemails over past week and not once has someone come back to me. I would advise not ordering from loungefly Uk as service is shocking. I have now gone through my card company to get refunded and have ordered the goods else where. Never again will I use this website!

i ordered 38 product , received 3 in one small package , the support answer : ' we have proof of sending ' and they send me the tracking number of the small package (1/1 package) , since then impossible to have another answer ( more than 15 days yet and 5 tickets open to the ' contact ' page with zero answer )it's a lot of money . How can i talk to someone ??
Never received order!
Ordered a mini backpack (through their Europe distributor Funko) on 15/11/25 and still haven’t received it.
Shipping confirmation with tracking received and payment taken on 29/11/25. Tracking had been stuck on shipped/processed since then! There is no phone number for Customer service and they are not responding to emails requesting refund!

AVOID
I have been waiting over a month for an order I placed. Still hasn't been shipped. No option to cancel it. Only way to contact them is via an automated chat bot which raises a ticket then nobody bothers to respond in well over 2 weeks. This is a breach of UK consumer law. I will be taking this further.

Stay clear of Loungefly and Funko
Ordered through their Europe distributor Funko. Realised I had ordered the wrong thing within minutes, emailed to cancel the order. 8 days later the order arrived and a few hours later an email from customer service saying they were reviewing my request and would be right with me. Needless to say it’s a pointless email now and I’m now awaiting some form of response to my request to return the item.
Zero customer service
I cannot make any contact with this company to organise a return, countless live chat automated transcripts, emails without a response. Can anyone help?
