Very delayed shipping, was not sure if I would get product but happy I did get it.

It’s been a month & 1/2 since I placed my order on Jan 26th & I’ve still not received my item. I’ve tried to communicate that & ask for assistance via email over & over & have yet to get a response. The item finally shipped on the 27th of Feb & that was the last update made ( it’s now March 13th ). I’m not sure what’s left for me to do other than continue reaching out :/

Never received order from September
Never received order from September. Numerous emails back & forth with the promise it will be shipped. 5 months later no product and no refund and they stopped answering me.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I placed an order in August and I hadn’t received my order in. I emailed the company and received a generic response about them waiting for their supplier order. Through September and October emails were going back and forth on the status of my order with promises they would be shipped expedited to me. Well into October, I caved and took a store credit refund and placed a new order. By mid-November I still did not have the new order, again they promised expedited shipping and would get them sent out the next day. I never received the products and they stopped responding to emails. If you are ordering from them you will probably end up getting scammed out of your money with no product.

This is literally the WORST company I’ve ever ordered from online and that is a bold statement. I’m always so patient because I also run a busy online website with orders coming in from all over the country and world! But wow, I’m beyond over asking for my gift card refunded since I never received my order and then I get argued with that I spent some odd $50/$60 of the gift card on another order that I never even placed with that card. So they refunded me $11. That is 100% incorrect.
Not sure where the heck they get their info or how they’re inputting their data from their orders or customers but Jesus Christ.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because there is no option for zero stars. First time I placed an order and never received I had to cancel payment with my card because no reply from their customer service at all. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and ordered again and paid for express shipping. Here I am a week later still being told there was a "technical issue". Requested a refund but after a day or so I will have to call my card to cancel again.

Horrible business. I should have read the reviews for this place first! Customer service IS NON EXISTENT! Dont even try to contact because you will get NOTHING! Not even a refund, or the items you bought! Stay away, and if its to late and you bought something, do an immediate bank claim!

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with online. They take your money and then they take their time shipping your items, if they ever get shipped at all. Do not do business with them. Go with someone reputable if you want to actually get what you pay for.

Did not receive my package was supposed to be here today. Jan 5th was in colorado Springs yesterday. Now. Today, it's back in Florida. So, right. Now, it's not a pleasant experience. I hope to get it soon
Don’t trust that you’ll receive your order
I placed my order AUG 2025 and because of inventory, I haven’t been shipped my items. They only allow store credit. I can compliment the email response team for always replying to my annoying status update emails. We’ll see if I ever receive my package.
