Shipping Co stinks! The way they communicate with your customers is deplorable

I am really happy with our Walnut Geometric Sideboard. It is exactly as pictured on Louxas’ site.

When I ordered the piece, the shipping estimate was 2 weeks, but then I got a call saying it would be a month before the piece arrived. Louxas gave me a discount for the delay and inconvenience, which was nice.

The piece arrived full assembled and on time. There was no damage in shipping from Asia.

I’m very happy with it. Worth the wait.

I recently bought a sofa from Louxas and I’m very happy with it so far. The fabric looks great in person and feels better than I expected. The cushions are well filled, supportive, and comfortable to sit on. I also checked the cushion construction and it looks neatly finished, which gave me more confidence in the overall quality.

The sofa looks stylish, feels solid, and matches what I was hoping for when ordering online. I can’t comment on the long-term durability yet because I haven’t had it for very long, but my first impression has been very positive. Based on my experience so far, I’m satisfied with the purchase.
