Buyer Beware!
The product quality is ok, but the customer service is extremely disappointing. I reached out regarding a return, and the policy provided was vague and misleading. A representative (Mark from Customer Service) informed me that the return address was in Spain and that I would be responsible for international shipping costs—which turned out to be untrue.

In reality, the return address was in Kent, WA. It took nearly two weeks to receive accurate return instructions, and to make matters worse, $40 was deducted from my refund without any clear explanation.

Based on this experience, I will not purchase from this company again, nor would I recommend them to others.

Los pantalones de negocios para hombre, son muy cómodos, lo que me gusta de este sitio es que los pedidos llegan rapidísimo bro, no demora nada literal en mi caso yo elegí los de color azul turquí que son esenciales para la vestimenta de mi empresa se los recomiendo 100 por cien

I ordered a blue Olivia Classic Square Neck Waist-Tie Mid-Length Dress for my daughter, which arrived on 12 March 2026 in unacceptable condition. The dress was discoloured in the midsection, poorly proportioned, with shoulder straps that were far too long and not adjustable, loose threads, and it arrived completely wrinkled. The fabric also felt low quality, which was disappointing for the price. I have photos documenting these defects.
Customer service suggested I should simply “gently iron it,” despite the obvious faults. I therefore exercised my legal right of withdrawal. Although defective goods should be returned at the seller’s expense under EU consumer law, Lovau refused to reimburse the €20+ return shipping cost to Spain and refunded only the €97 purchase price.
Customer service was dismissive and incorrectly claimed the dress was in “perfect condition,” which I can prove it was not. I can not recommend this company.

Ordered the wool-blend trousers and a merino crew-neck after a friend recommended Lovau. Honestly wasn't expecting much at this price point. I've been burned by "luxury-adjacent" brands before. But the quality genuinely surprised me. The trousers are beautifully cut, no cheap lining, and the fabric has real weight to it. Wore the crew-neck to a dinner and got two compliments.

Bought a full linen set and it's been my favorite outfit anywhere i go, my girlfriend won't get off me.

The shipping was incredibly slow, it’s also a fake company pretending to be from Europe when actually it’s another scheme from China

The products are not accurate from the pictures, low quality and they will not allow returns and try to rip you off

Someone just created their profile here in Trustpilot a few weeks ago. They had some bad reviews but they managed to create some fake profiles stating exact the opposite of what the bad reviews say.

In my case, I can confirm items are sent from China and they take a lot of time to get to America, asi other reviews said. Regarding quality, is standard-low fast fashion material, nothing to be proud of but they are not terrible for use them 1 or 2 times for an event, so it doesn’t bother me considering I paid less than 100 USD for each piece (pants) and that I can afford.

In any case, these is another brand just like Marini and some other pseudo-European cloth brands that have great pictures and marketing, but that’s it. If you are not in a hurry or want a long lasting piece, go for it.

Buying this clothes makes you feel like a new man. The sensation is like hole in 1.⛳️ the quality the materials is sensational. Shipping was fast. Will buy again. Thank you Ado
