Ordering was very easy, all the newest specs automatically included at a very good price, questions by email were answered promptly and you are kept informed at all stages of production and shipping, a good experience from start to finish

Mostly a great experience so far. I would have liked DHL to tell me in advance when they were delivering so I could have been at home, instead of leaving the huge box at the neighbours which invited unwanted questions!!!
The doll looks very realistic, feels realistic and is fun to dress.
Perfect to practice with until a real 25 year old babe comes along LOL.

Informative, efficient and discreet what more do you want.

Great company, good communication, highly recommended. Delivery was faster than I though it would be and the doll was exactly what I expected. Can’t really ask for more than that tbh! 10/10.

Ordered Tuesday lunchtime, order processed, packed and sent out the same day. arrived by DPD on Wednesday. all products ordered were received.

What more can you ask for.

The doll is great, forget any fears that she wont look as good as the photos, the factory shots do not do her justice, I have a passionate male response to her, however she arrived without a tongue when the website states that this is standard, also the courier company DHL only sent one man out, and because of the COVID19 situation I had to wrestle the poor girl up the stairs, was not good for either of us.

Fast delivery, good products. Very satified

Very prompt delivery and great information throughout the process keeping me updated at each stage, and more than happy to answer any questions that I had

Just got my girl and it just amazing how good she looks, i can only say one thing on the down side she is about the same wate as a real woman, apart from that she's great, all i need now is to purchase an AI head and i will have a real companion, by the way if you're going to get a doll make sure you don't bye any dresses for it, i bought a few in a medium size, but now iv going to have to get her the same dresses but in a smaller size,

Thank you Lovedoll for showcasing a wide variety of love dolls and accessory must haves, your website is easy to navigate and a joy to view. My latest purchase of tpe stain removal creams have worked a charm, removing black/blue stains left from black clothing, perfect.

Great service with updates and advice, the doll arrived in 6 weeks, worth the wait.

Brilliant service with top quality products. Not just a cold faced online shop but a friendly and personal service.

Fast quick efficient

Happy that the manufacturer , put the permanent make up on my order Closed Eyed Head 81.

Only forgotten the colour of my original. It’s mismatch but overall does not matter.

To continue my experience below, love doll arranged a collection on 24th of March to collect the sealed doll we arranged to return and refund. It has now been a month since then and I have yet to receive any refund or communication regarding my queries... Can someone please give me a status update as its been a long time since you've collected the sealed andromeda doll... Thanks

Very smooth transaction. Everything arrived as promised. There was a small issued with the case damage in transit but this was quickly sorted out. Communication was good.
Graham (lovedoll) is a trusted seller and I would very much recommend his company and I look forward to doing more business with him In the future..

I hate it. I bought it in a weak and reckless moment and it was one of my biggest mistakes. There is nothing about it that turns me on. Also, there was no indication about how heavy the thing would be. Some people would probably love it, but not me. I will admit that the service and communication from Lovedoll was very good but the product was disappointing to say the least.
