I ordered £350 worth of goods and recieved a bestvwishes card and nothing else. Scam. Asked for refund and site disappeared.

When I purchased the flowers was for valentines day. The company said 2 to 3 business day to delivery the flowers!!! The flowers arrived 1 month after!!! And they say the not giving my money back!!! They say no refund

Do not fall for it - their product looks nothing like the pictures. Absolute garbage and they do not allow returns or refunds. SCAM. RUN

Same as all the other reviews overseas company that says on their website that they are out of Los Angeles and they say 27/7 help,Satisfaction guaranteed,free return label if not Satisfied. It a huge scam!! Run run run away from this company's website..

Send the item 2 week late. I sent them numerous emails to please just cancel, I no longer need them. They never responded and sent them anyways. They then apparently offer 100% satisfaction and money back guarantee but when you email them for a return label, they also do not answer you as well. Complete SCAM of a company and lies.

The product took forever to receive. When received the product had to be assembled and looked nothing like the advertisement. Requested a refund. Stated the item was “on sale” (discounted by $5) so it was not eligible for refunds. Will never order for them again!

My order was placed on February 4th for Valentine's Day; it is now March 7th, and I have yet to receive my order. They ship from China, so this seems to be a dropshipping company.

I have emailed repeatedly to request a refund, and no one has bothered to answer. I wish I would've read the reviews before placing an order.

Scam company shipping from china. They do no response to communications. They have disabled comments on their social media due to the amount of complaints they are receiving we are having to open a dispute with our financial institution due to this. Beware!

Ordered Feb 1st, received Feb 26th and with a valentines day guarantee. Obviously a let down as they weren't here when desired. But with an anniversary coming up, the product still looks pretty good, pretty much what I expected to get when ordering and my wife loved them. Just not delivered on time by far!

Should be zero stars. I read these reviews too late!! Don't be another victim. In short, ordered in January, received in late February. Webpage says the main office is in Los Angeles but they ship from China (with nothing indicating that). Item is cheap and looks like something bought at the Dollar Tree. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed and offer a refund but at the bottom of the page it says "all sale items are final and non-refundable" and guess what....there's always a sale going on!! Straight garbage product!!

SCAMMERS… Ordered flowers 2 weeks in advance and they never showed up.

Like everyone else, I ordered flowers and never received them. I saw them on social media and ordered them for my daughters in February for Valentines day. They were never received, and after several emails there is no response. STAY AWAY from this website. They have great promotion on social media, but they are a SCAM. Avoid at all cost.

Complete scam, placed order 20 days ago and have received no update. The first tracking number I received is still saying processing and I then received a second tracking number that just says tracking number not found when I try to track. I thought I could trust this website because it was on the shop app, but can’t trust anything these days.

These guys were horrible!!! Straight up scammers!! I answered an add on Insta to buy some cool "Glitter Roses"... bought on Jan.31 ($94) wanting to make sure they could be delivered by Valentines Day, February 22 they are still not even shipped/in-transit!!! Customer service is horrible, can only contact via email and it takes more that 4-5 days to get a reply that all it says is "your order is being processed". The product is shipped from China which the website give zero indication of that!! Companies like this need to be exposed and shut down immediately. Shame on me for not checking reviews first, shame on them for being a sh*tty company!!!

I ordered on 2/6 and as of 2/22 nothing has arrived. I've sent three emails which they haven't responded to and there is no phone number to call. If I could rate them less than one I would. I wish had done some research first!

This is the biggest scam in America currently. I'm so glad my wife sent these to me first to order and this wasn't my shitty idea originally.... Gave it a shot for $75. Ordered Jan 20th 2025. Just recieved order today February 22th 2025. 0 communication with the customer service. Never replied to my messages. But wait it gets better. They send you fake plastic f****** flowers and a seperate packet of fake stems to attach them too. And than tissue paper to wrap it. I'm so glad I took it upon myself to get a seperate bouquet from the florist for valentine's day. But this shit. Man, I'll pay you to not buy from this piece of shit company again. What a waste of time money and energy.

DO NOT BUY THESE FLOWERS!! They were supposed to be delivered on valentine’s day 2025 and they just arrived today in a brown tacky box. The cheap, plastic flowers look horrible and they were just thrown in the box. Presentation was horrendous. You will waste your money!!!!!!!

If it could be negative it would. Placed order for Valentine’s Day’s, they charged my credit card that day & nothing. I have reached out numerous times & nothing. Total scam, don’t trust them for anything.
