DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. The dress was made in China, doesn't match the design in the refrence photos, doesn't fit properly, poor workmanship and the return policy is "You can choose to return the item, but we do not have return labels. The item needs to be returned to China for processing, which takes a long time, carries a high risk of loss, and international shipping costs are quite high. From your perspective, we hope you will keep the dress. To express our apologies, we are willing to offer a 10% compensation. If you still wish to return the item, we can also provide a return address. If you have any other needs, please feel free to let us know, and we will do our best to meet your requirements"
What was meant to be a happy, special occasion has resulted in debt and disappointment.

I bought a prom dress. 148, 10% off. I was skeptical because half the photos on the listing were obviously ai or heavily ai modified, but I was in love with the dress so bought it anyway. I opted for standard sizing so it was (theoretically) returnable. A few days after I received an email offering free custom sizing. Very sketchy, so I turned them down because, again, wanted the option to return. The dress arrived much sooner than the shipping til on the website (delivered in 13 days, listed wouldn’t be processed for 35). The dress doesn’t match the listing exactly, the color was off, no pockets, zipper instead of lace up back. However, I did love the dress and kept it anyway, and it’s not super low quality or anything. It’s what you would expect for a 100 dollar dress.

Just seen a dress on this site for £126 and the exact same dress on temu for £13 how are they getting away with completely ripping people off I always check reviews now as there is that many scam sites which are based in china its ridiculous

LoveIss dresses are scam. Mine arrived in the wrong color. Plus, it was made terribly. I requested a return but they are suggesting 10% compensation because "they are in China and the dress might get lost on the way and bla-bla-bla..."

Purchased shorts. When they arrived they were cheap counterfeit shorts. You couldn't undo the button on the shorts because the opening was to small. Material used was cheap and would not make it through
1 wash. Package was sent from California but I would have to return items to China at my expense.

Buyer Beware! Sent wrong product - Horrible Customer Service
I ordered an deep purple/ orchid color prom dress with custom sizing in April. It arrived on time and it fit well but they sent the wrong color. Instead we received a bright fuschia (it was nowhere near the color adverstised or shared in other reviews). I paid $125.80 for the dress + shipping.

I reached out over chat to ask if we could exchange the dress for the right color. They were gaslighting me from the start, arguing that I wasn't looking at the dress in the correct light. They finally sent me color cards and stated that orchid is color card 18, to which I responded that we received color card 24.

Luna the customer service rep finally stated "[01:52] Luna: I'm really sorry. No matter what, it's our factory's fault. We will offer you compensation. Is that okay with you?"
I asked to exchange the item which they said was not possible, so I asked to return the incorrect item and instead was offered $18.87 (15%) compensation and keep the dress. The color was unflattering on my senior so we were not going to use it so I insisted that I have the option to return it for a refund. After antagonizing me further, Luna offered me $30 (final offer). I insisted again for a return / refund so she finally sent me thier return address and I was surprised that it was in China.
Because we've had challenges ordering clothes from China in the past, I specifically looked up thier business address on thier website and in a google search - both searches showed this address: 1 Orchard View Drive, Londonderry New Hampshire 03053, United States (they have since added a new about us page but I have a pdf of the old page.

Luna then stated that the US address was simply a registered address and not their business address and that I should have called ahead to verify their origin before ordering.

Anyway, I went to the Post Office and Fed Ex yesterday and they both stated that the postal code address I was given was invalid so I can't ship it back.

All I really wanted was for my High School Senior to feel amazing in their prom dress and this was a terrible experience top to bottom. I wasn't bothered that a mistake was made (it happens) but the gaslighting and horrible customer service along with sleazy business paractices was next level.

They advertise high end prom dresses and the items that arrive are cheap knock offs.
