Completely feel ripped off. What a SCAM. I was buying a gift for a birthday. There was an offer that if you spend over a certain amount and you got a free ‘lucky’ bracelet. I thought great as I could gift that to another family member. So I brought more from the website. The package then arrived over a week later than stated when I purchased, and late for the birthday, AND was missing the ‘lucky’ bracelet. I then had to chase several time over the period of a month to received the ‘lucky’ bracelet and it finally arrived and came in a free gift tag bag. No mention of LUCKY at all. So disappointed. That was not what was advertised as I certainly wouldn’t have wanted to gift to a family member. Would never order from this company again.

Great little shop
From finding the advert to receiving the item everything was very smooth. Shipping was fast with no delays. The item is beautiful cant wait to give it to our daughter for her birthday. I'm even considering getting something for myself and my husband. I will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone

Ordered two photo telescope necklaces
Ordered two photo telescope necklaces. Unfortunately I was not happy with the setup on one of them. I commucated i was not happy via email and had a quick response asking to see photos etc, They then sent out a new one imminently to me. Very happy with how it was handled.
Would definitely order again.
