Package never received.
I never received a package, and I couldn't find a way to contact them. It says that the package has been fulfilled but I have checked and never received it. I've been waiting for a while, and was curious as to why my package never came. However, they don't have a clear way to contact them for me to ask. I either expect a refund or a resend of the item.

Dear customer,
Sorry to make you feel depressed and have an unpleasant shopping experience!
Your order has been transshipped in the destination country, the USPS tracking number is 927489028*****59249537. The shipping information shows the package is on the way now, could you please wait a few days more? It will arrive at your address soon.
After shipping out your package, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email, which says your order is on the way and give you a tracking number and tracking site. Could you check your email again to confirm that? Maybe it was treated as spam.
Sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Have a nice day!
Best regards :-)

This app has brought me so much joy
This app has brought me so much joy, I get great prices & good quality on so many things. Their customer service is fantastic, items often arrive well before the projected date. 99.99% of the mis-ships, not like the pictures, and bad copycat items I have received (maybe 1/500 orders) have been such absolutely hilarious fails that I still got my money's worth in laughs. I buy a lot of bulk novelty, stickers, costume jewelry, and toys with the occasional clothes tossed in, 10/10 recommend Lovely Erica

The site is very easy to use, has everything you are looking for. Love having it to hand at all times
It's a great website, the prices are cheap but also some of the products are cheaply made. But I love it, your stuff comes 1-2 weeks. Always discount codes. I love it

Ugh..here's your red flag
Ugh. They might have some cute items from the pictures, but the customer service when things go poorly is not worth the hassle. They don't follow their own policies on their Web site, and you'll end up babysitting the process for a return when it's needed.
