Still waiting for a throw that was ordered 1 month ago, company will not issue a refund, have asked twice, also not very transparent that this ordered would be coming from china, if I had know would never of place an ordered, please think twice before ordering from this company. Where your company telephone no, so we can talked to a customer advicer.

Bought some seat covers product is rubbish, cheap poor quality not as advertised they have give me an address in china to return them to.

These people are complete frauds, and make promises they do not keep.
It has taken almost 3 weeks to get even a small truth about my parcel and its location, and l have no doubt that l have in fact thrown my money away by buying from these incompetent and dishonest people.
Stay away at all costs.

The product is not what it says it is, the fabric is not velvet, it’s not true to size and when you try to return it they make you pay the shipping back to China. Appalling, never seen anything like it

I like many others didn't read the reviews first so i was angry when i realised that the products are actually shipped from china rather than a uk company. However to give them credit the items were dispatched quickly and i was kept updated with the delivery tracking throughout, and once my items arrived (approximately 2 weeks later due to customs ect) i was very pleased with them.

SCAM company. Do not order. Furious at myself for not reading these reviews. If/when the order finally arrives it is shipped from China, and all returns are to be tracked at your own expense. Quality, colour, fit are awful. I could make better myself.

Thought i was buying from a quality Uk company but after seeing my tracking my item is coming from China . It hasn’t arrived either. And I have found the same product I paid £70 for for £10 on AliExpress. Same photos .
So disappointed. Opened a PayPal case.

Dreadful. As others have said they don't even deserve one star. They misrepresent where they are based and don't even get me started on the quality of the goods. Shocking. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal and have received a full refund.

Terrible quality . Bought two two seater settee covers , shapeless , awful quality and they are in China ! Have asked for a return postage paid label and they have refused . The only way to get a refund for this rubbish is to send tracked delivery to China which would cost £36.00 Avoid ! If you have purchased crap from them , and paid through PayPal you will be able to get a refund without sending their rubbish back to them !

I wasn’t expecting much for price but took a chance …my items were perfectly as described speedy delivery despite coming from China very good value no complaints at all … I don’t know if I was just lucky or other reviewers were unlucky but I would order from them again

Never shop with this company, they send totally different colours to what you have ordered, they state 30 day money back guarantee, easy returns etc, etc, none of this is true, you have to return products to China at your own expense which will probably cost more that the item you ordered, communication with this company is poor to say the least, very poor English and no concept of what you're complaining about.
Avoid or purchase at your peril !!!

Just ordered without looking here - Doh! hope my order arrives and the quality is worth the £45 i paid for it. Shipped from China which given the geo-political position China has taken and its ongoing support of Russia I would never have bought from this company. they make out they are based in the USA.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company are very shady. The website does not make clear that they ship from China until AFTER you place the order - the contact address given is in England. In my case, after a long wait the item arrived and did not look good. The website said that items could be returned, so I enquired about this. They then told me that I would have to ship items back to China, tracked, at my own expense, which was extortionate. Even worse, literally from the day after I gave them my email and phone number for the delivery, I started receiving several daily spam/fake emails and texts about deliveries (the kind which say you have a delivery held up somewhere that you have to pay to have released), so they clearly sell customers’ details to criminals. These people are dodgy as hell. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing chair covers. Colour on website is misleading and the items received were a different colour to expected. Was not aware I was buying from China. Tried to request a return and offered a 15% discount or a refund but told I had to pay the return postage despite the misleading website and incorrect colour. I quoted Consumer Act rights but they are not interested and are refusing to pay return costs. This company should be banned from selling in the UK. Avoid at all costs. I am £71 out of pocket and have chair covers that are no good to me. If I return to China it’ll cost about £50-55. Scam company.

I made the mistake of not reading reviews beforehand and ordered some covers for my sofa cheap nasty and inferior product now all I need to do is try and get my money back please don't anyone buy from this company

I bought a product (bed canopy) for £36 that's stated as "100% organic cotton", that's actually 100% polyester. LoveStyle, aka LoveSweetStyle, first told me I read it wrong (until I provided screenshots), then told me it would be difficult and complicated to return the product to China. They refused to pay returns postage, even though the product was advertised falsely. It's a large product, so if I send it back, I have no product, but I'm down around £20 to send it tracked (so that they definitely receive it).
This company knows exactly what it's doing, and there's nothing the customer can do about it!
My bank (Halifax) said they can only return the cost of the product, minus postage, if I send it back to China. So I'd still be out of pocket.
I can see from the reviews here that I'm not the only one, therefore this company is knowingly scamming people by providing products not as listed.

I like many others thought this was an English company and only found these reviews after I had paid the money, however after spending 3 weeks thinking I had been scammed the product finally arrived (from China) and like an earlier review was well packed and excellent quality (a bohemian sofa throw). Perhaps I as lucky, not sure but as I stated earlier the quality is so good and am extremely pleased even though it was an anxious wait.
P.S. the return address on the label was to a company in Walsall so not sure what all that is about

They've effectively stolen my money. I ordered something, they sent me something completely different. Requested I PAY for the return to China without offering any refund.

Genuinely the worst commerce experience I've ever had. DO NOT purchase from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM LOVESTYLE !! The sizing chart does not accurately describe the product. The two seater 185cm cover has one edge that is 118cm when pulled out as far as it goes so it does not even close to fit. This is not described in the product description. No free returns. If you want to return the product, you must pay for postage to China which means it’s not feasible to return given the cost of the product. This company needs to be investigated by the UK consumer protection agency.
