Ordered a dress which came and was so incredibly tiny, it didn’t even fit over my thighs. I sent it back and it was received on the 2nd of April. As it was over a bank holiday weekend, I understood that it would be abit longer to process etc. Waited about 10 days before emailing and received no reply. I decided to email again a few days later and nothing… finally took to instagram to which they replied it takes 14 working days to process- this would take me to the 24th of April. Kept checking emails and nothing so I messaged again on instagram to which they replied they did email- they did not but sent me a credit note anyway via instagram DM.
Please bear in mind with any online company you have rights to a monetary refund as you have not seen the goods and a refund to a credit note as standard is not legal.
I accepted the credit note as I did see something else I liked and thought it would be easier. Order was placed 28th of April and states on the confirmation 1-2 days dispatch. Waited another week and nothing so emailed to see if there was any update- no response.
I finally got a shipment email on 8th of May and my order has arrived today.
The shorts are the most I’ll fitted item ever so I was messaging a friend to see if I could make them work only for her to tell me they are actually from Ali express!!!!!!!!
I’ve supported this brand since 2018 when it was all handmade and good quality but I will never buy again. I truly feel cheated out of my money and if you are coming on here to check reviews before ordering, please know every negative review is correct and you should save your money!!!!!

I've ordered from here previously with no issues so couldn't understand all the bad reviews, but I was really disappointed with my last attempt at ordering.
I ordered a dress, which was listed as In Stock, and paid for 24 hour delivery. Almost a week later it still hadn't been dispatched so I contacted them via the email address listed on their website and filled in the contact form - as advised on their website - and asked them to cancel the order as it obviously wasn't going to arrive in time.
They didn't respond so I emailed again asking them to cancel the order or I'd need to claim a refund via my credit card company. They then replied asking me to message them on Instagram, which I thought was very odd? Like, we're literally in communication right now so why would we move it to a different platform? I explained I didn't have Instagram & they then said they had replied to my previous emails (they hadn't) and the dress wasn't in stock but would be arriving later in the week.
They did cancel the order & give me a refund, which I appreciate, but it's frustrating that they're offering a service that they can't fulfill - if I'd known the dress wasn't in stock I wouldn't have ordered it, and it would've been nice to have been kept informed as surely they knew when my order came in that it wouldn't be dispatched in 24 hours.
I won't order again because it's not worth wondering when something is going to arrive.

I have a few items from LTT now (3 dresses - was 6 , a skirt , 3 pairs of shorts etc) and i can echo the other comments RE quality.
Initially the quality was good and the black lace up dress was lovely , the bigger they got the quality plummets. They sell items which i believe you can get off shein etc for top prices. They have these big sales , like 30% 50% off almost everything… but it’s hardly anything and it’s just to increase site traffic.
They are also very sensitive , i usually am a medium in their items but i notice they never seemed to restock their larger sizes and needed to buy a gift in a XL. I’d seen alot of people saying they’ve stopped catering to larger sizes so i just messaged asking do they restock these sizes or are they not in their demographic ?
And yes, the blocked me on socials.
So when i contacted them RE an item which hadn’t shipped in 2 weeks despite an order placed after it had shipped , i couldn’t get a responses
When i found a platform i wasn’t blocked on and they hit me with the “send us a DM lovely 🥰” i said , i would but you blocked me.
They hit out with we only block rude and abusive customers. So when they unblocked me i highlighted that my message was actually neither.. they just ignored it , no apology or nothing.
My last two orders will be my last i’m afraid. Be wary that your favourite alt influencers are getting free stuff/money for those glowing reviews and outfit inspo posts.
I also placed two orders separate but within 24hrs so i reached out to ask if they could post together and refund a shipping cost.. they responded to ask me to email them instead of just answering.. then patched my email and shipped both items separately… said you could still refund a shipping as goodwill and got ignored.
I am officially not using them anymore despite owning nearly every item they released. All just cheap quality hyped by easily bought influencers.

It gets a 2 star as one dress was everything it was sold as good material fit well brought same dress in a different colour came made from a completly different material, 1st one was thick material almost denim with plenty of support but the other colour was like cheap polyester but both were the same price

Je relance par trois fois après avoir galéré à trouver un email de contact.
Le 7 janvier je reçois un mail de paiement des frais de port (22€…) de la part de la poste anglaise qui m’informe que le colis vient de leur etre remis.
Colis reçu enfin hier (13 janvier)….
Entre temps j’apprends qu’en réalité ma commande n’a été prise en compte quand je l’ai passée, donc ils n’avaient plus de stock. Mais personne ne me l’a expliqué, ni je m’a jamais répondu par mail.

Won't issue £116 refund and blocked on Instagram for asking for my money back!!!
Ordered two different sizes of the same dress from love too true. The dresses arrived promptly but unfortunately both were too small and didn't fit me. I sent them back within 5 days of recieving them requesting a refund because the bigger sizes had sold out online. I made sure I paid for tracking so that I could see that they had received the return because the dresses amounted to £116. I waited past the 14 working days they state on their website that it can take to process a return and still hadn't heard anything regarding my return so emailed them to chase up. 3 unanswered emails later and well over a month since they've had the return I message them on Instagram and finally get a response. I get the "we're a small company of just two sisters and it's been a tough year for us" sob story and because I'm not heartless I give them the benefit of the doubt and say that I look forward to receiving my refund soon. Over a week goes by and still nothing so I go back onto Instagram to chase for a update and they've blocked me?! I wasn't rude at all in the messages so couldn't believe it. So I've gone through my bank to get a charge back for the original payment. Luckily I have screenshots and details of everything. Literally have zero sympathy for a company who treats their customers like this. I even went onto companies house to look at their accounts and it doesn't look good. Don't shop with these guys as it's just not worth the risk.
Missed Delivery Promises and Poor Customer Service
I placed this order specifically for an event after being assured it would arrive in time. However, the shipping date was changed three separate times, ultimately meaning the item will not arrive as promised. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the lack of reliability and the customer service experience.

J’ai commandé un skort puis une ceinture corset, même en prenant la plus grande taille, c’est trop serré ou ne ferme pas.
Où est passée l’inclusion? Ça taillait beaucoup mieux avant et les vêtements avaient l’air bien plus qualitatifs…
Quality control and customer service issues
I was influenced by mimi almighty on ig to buy from LTT because their designs are so gorgeous but it's obvious they struggle with quality control and customer service.
I received two skirts, one a cotton blend, the other totally plastic polyester even though both labels say 65% cotton 35% polyester. I also got a pleated dress and the pleats weren't finished so I had to literally iron them myself. Reaching out to customer service about these issues was unfruitful even when I finally got a reply (I tried several methods)
I want to love this brand but they've really turned me off from the idea of buying more. Seeing other reviews tells me this wasn't a one-off experience and I hope they can turn the ship around because we all want to buy quality items from small brands.

So I did get the preorder hoodie on Dec 4th, it's okay but again not necessarily the quality you'd expect. Sizing very small again although it's supposed to be two sizes bigger and advertised as oversized (if you want the hoodie to look the same on you as it does on the model you probably need to be a size XS/S and order an L). I only got a response through instagram so avoid contacting through the website/email as you will most likely not hear anything back.
I also just realized they do not list the material of the items on the website, which would be nice to know before ordering.

My first order was one of their vests, came quickly but quality was not what I expected. If someone told me it came from Shein I would've believed that. Sizing is advertised as true to size, but this is far form the truth, bust is way too small (I'm normally a 12 but sized up to 14 to have it more loose, instead shoul've ordered a 16 to maybe have it sit snug but not squishing the girls) and the arm holes small as well.
A couple months ago I placed an order for a preorder item (this time sizing up more) which was supposed to dispatch late September but was then delayed to early October, since then there have been no updates and I've tried to reach out a couple times, no response so far. I will wait another month at max for a response, if there's nothing I will request a refund.
Meanwhile there are multiple instagram posts daily and emails about ongoing sales (which seem to always be there) so I'm left wondering where is the communication, if not through email then at least let us know through instagram stories about the preorder delays.

I did a pre-order for an item in Aug 2025 with expected delivery early Oct 2025. I received a notification that the item shipped as expected in early October. I checked the tracking and could see it was somewhere in GB waiting for import/customs fees to be paid but I never received an option to pay these fees. The seller contacted me and said they would issue a refund to me once the item was received and processed by the company. The last communication I had with the seller was Oct 20 and I haven't received any response to my multiple e-mail inquiries. I have submitted a claim through PayPal to get my refund issued.

I bought two items which unfortunately I didn’t suit therefore I returned for a refund, I followed the returns policy and sent it with tracked. However, since I sent it I’ve had no communication from LLT or a refund. This order was over £100. Ive sent the customer services an email and a WhatsApp with no communication. Feel scammed as I know they received my return from the tracking number.

I used to absolutely love this brand the quality of the clothing was incredible however the past few orders I've made I've noticed a drastic drop in the quality of the fabric and the garment construction. The prices used to reflect the high quality but now the quality is no longer there the prices are ridiculous. Why would you pay such a high price tag for what I would consider low grade fast fashion.
From my experience their socials and money off promotions are a sham and quite deceitful.

Really poor quality! Some items I've bought don't even match the photos and it's really cheap material. I've tried this brand so many times and the sizing is ridiculous, size up to have a more comfortable fit then my past purchases, turns out to be smaller than my actual size. I am a size 12, bought a size 14 for comfort, came closer to a size 10? Bought a pair of jeans and a skort in the same size, COMPLETELY different size despite it being the same material - Jeans too tight, skorts hanging off me.

The quality of their clothes is awful. The sizing is TINY! A size 12 is more like a size 8. Extremely overpriced for terrible products. And the return policy is just as bad - I have to pay to return items and it’s store credit or exchange only. I don’t see myself wanting to ever purchase anything from there again so what a giant waste of money.
Let these negative reviews be a warning! Don't shop here!

I placed an order for a pair of trousers and a necklace and they turned up pretty quick. However, the quality of these items was TERRIBLE. I'm a UK size 10 but the trousers wouldn't even make it past my thighs. The necklace was cheap tat, however, I thought I'd keep it anyway but it broke the first time I wore it!
I returned the trousers and, although I had photo confirmation that the parcel had been returned, I had no confirmation from LTT. I emailed them multiple times, reached out on Instagram and filled out a contact form on their website. I FINALLY had a response but it took wayy too long. They then issued me store credit, which is the last thing I wanted cause I never want a thing from this store ever again. I emailed requesting a refund instead of store credit and finally a few weeks later and very little communication from LTT, I received my refund.
This is just another waste of time company drop shipping cheap rubbish from China. They can't even get the sizes right!?
PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! Stop sending your overpriced rubbish clothing to influencers and start investing in some quality products.
