I was scammed and requested a refund. This was promised as long as I entered a positive review on Trustpilot. I have now asked them to stop contacting me 3 times and this is the fourth time. I warned them that I would give a negative response. I am okay with the money taken from me. Although I am a pensioner, I could manage the loss. Whether it was Love Top Shoes or not, I have requested you to stop contacting me. Empty promises are useless.

I didn't end up completing the experience. So I'm giving it a neutral rating, but I still appreciate the follow-up email from customer service.

Another scam
I ostensibly signed up for a subscription and then never opted out.

I never did. Any such sign up was via nefarious means.

I deem it neccessary to add some detail.
This company placed an advert and pretended to be Take Alot.
I tried the purchase, which never worked (obviously - given it was fake).
I then noticed weekly deductions. When I made contact they basically said tough luck - no refund.
Fortunatley I used a digital (virtual card) and so I just stopped the card.

I posted my review here on TrustPilot.
Very quickly the company replied to the extent that said if I remove the review they would refund me.
I did that - no refund.

So I posted my review again (or made active).
They then tried to challenge it via contacting TrustPilot for a review.

I woudl urge TrustPilot to look into this companyt. I would submit that they will see a trend of negative reviews that then get withdrawn

I got a problem and when I complained, Jeremy, Lovetoshop staff, assisted resolve my issue quickly.

They did come back to me and will refund me.

AVOID, total scam, I never signed up for a subscription and they have been taking random amounts of money from my account for 6 months

What a scam it's been 9 months since I was promised my refund now, every time m told delete my bad rating and I'll never stop till I obtain what's mine. I've never been scammed like this 😢😢😢😢😢😢. I want my refund you scammers
