I ordered an Urn for my Dad on Saturday the 7th of March and it was delivered today! The Urn is stunning and the tag we ordered alongside is also so beautiful.
I am so happy with my order Thankyou very much and I will be recommending you in the future, the process was super efficient!

Sold me an urn that was stuck together and wouldn't take it back and give me a new one. Rude, entitled and I wouldn't give them air if they were in a bottle.

Unfortunately the engraving on the urn i ordered was wrong

Instead of writing 2026 as date of death i wrote 2025. I understand this was my error but surely someone from the company would email me to double check if that was correct before the engraving was done!!

When i contacted customer service they were not helpful at all and didn't offer a solution

I would not recommend this company to anyone and never use them again

During a sad time as I recently lost my dog in 2026 and not last year this experience has made me feel sadder and unable to fix the error

To add further when I emailed them to say how terrible their customer service is the reply I received was disgusting.

Received the items, the urn was damaged and I wanted to return a different product too. Emailed 3 times and tried to contact and had no answer! Still no answer to this day. I’ve kept the urn now but there is a big chip in there and the necklace I will most likely just have to sell/throw away! Wouldn’t buy from here again.

I ordered a beautiful blue urn with butterflies (and personalised top) for my precious late aunt- and it arrived in 2(!!) days.
The colour is just so special and far better than in the photographs. The personalisation was more than we'd hoped and matched the silver butterflies perfectly.
The urn was well packaged and carefully delivered.
Thank you so much for making and delivering an item which is so special for us. Would not consider anywhere else in the future.

I purchased the stainless steel teardrop necklace so I could keep the ashes of my little soul mate with me at all times. It arrived two days later by Tracked Royal Mail so I knew when it had been sent and where it was en route. It arrived nicely presented in a smart box and the pendant surpassed expectations. It's absolutely lovely. It came with a tiny funnel and tool for filling it. My experience could not have been better.

I have bought a sterling silver ashes bracelet for my g/f as her father passed earlier this year. This a beautifully made item and I know she will be over the moon with it at Christmas. Great communication with the seller and swift delivery. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a heart locket to put my dads ashes inside, also had it engraved, was really surprised that it was delivered the next day, very happy with the high quality, locket and chain, the engraving was beautiful, it came in a lovely box too, highly recommend this company. Such a great price for high quality item, I am over the moon, thankyou.

My order never arrived. In accordance with Evri's instructions I contacted the seller but they didn't reply until I said i wanted a refund. They said they'd resend, but didn't until I again said I'd start refund procedures. They did send it again then.i had ordered two urns, one was OK but didn't look like what I'd ordered and the box was labelled differently. I emailed a picture of what I'd ordered (an urn with a bird, as described) and what I received (an urn with a particularly ugly engraved eagle).They said they were the same, even though they blatantly aren't- and this is consistent with other complaints. I wish I'd read the reviews first. I am rather mystified by the repetitive reviews on Etsy too - stinks of shilling.

So far have bought 3 personalised brass heart keepsake urns with stands for 3 of our little fur babies. Each keepsake urn is perfect. They are beautiful little momentos of our pets, and look amazing. The quality is awesome. And they arrived fairly quickly too.

Damaged but just dismissed what I said and blame on being hand made.
Also, the images on the website are clearly taken in bright light, and they do not look like anything like the picture!
Slow poor communication.
Cheap & nasty quality.
Plus they sell them cheaper on eBay!
Avoid!!!

I ordered the plain stainless steel cat urn and curb chain for some of my cats ashes for my daughter in law.
It was reasonably priced.
I had it engraved and I received it quickly in two days.
I absolutely love it.
And Wil use them again.

Ordered a small plain cylinder for necklace urn for my dogs ashes, one in photo shows a rough finished stainless urn with a twist neck to open, I got some highly polished non stainless material with a screw plug in the base and the emails from they are just point blank refusal that it is any different even with photos attached, horrible people, horrible company avoid like the plague

Recently purchased a urn for my mothers ashes. The engraving is very blurred, on some of the words. I emailed to say was not happy the response i got back was disgusting. Asked could we have it rectified no they would not. Emailed back and forth they kept saying the engraving looked perfectly fine. This is after sending photos of their mistake. For a small company and the subject being so sensitive. You would at least think they, would help put things right. I had family members look at it, they said that is bad workmanship and were appalled themselves. It is bad enough to loose your loved one, to then experience this.

Lovely locket but the engraving was not good, almost like a thick gothic style writing that looked like more of a stamp than an engraving. I had to get the engraving rectified at another company as this company will not refund you if the item is engraved. I asked if the engraving could be fixed, they asked me what I'd want to be changed so I respond with pictures of what I was looking for, company just did not respond to me. Not good service especially when dealing with memorial jewellery for special loved ones.

Disgusting email in reply to an urn which had been sent out which was the wrong item - expecting me to return it, when I asked to send the original item, they apologised for not being able to help me any further and would give me a refund! That’s not what I asked for, I wanted the item I originally ordered. Email response is slow and the attitude sucks considering they are dealing with a bereaved person. Avoid them! I have a feeling I won’t get the item I wanted and won’t see the refund either!

Very impressed with the service received . The Urn is really lovely and looks much better than the image - quality is brilliant . It was delivered promptly the day after ordering, in perfect condition . It has been such a comfort to us all . Thankyou very much.

A small omission in the requested engraving was very quickly rectified with a replacement bracelet with the correct words. It only took a quick email which was dealt with very quickly.

Absolutely disgusting! Customer service is terrible! Don’t buy from this company unless u want to waste your money! Brought a sterling silver necklace or as described and it is actually silver plated, I have taken it to a silversmith who has confirmed this. what makes it worse is that its actually to put ashes in which I put my grandads in and now looks awful and gone a brown copper colour 😞 there no other word but gutted. PLEASE people stay well away from this company, I gave them the opportunity to rectify this and there not interested!!!!!

Was a bit concerned after receiving wrong size pet urn and reading the reviews but have been very impressed. Communication has been excellent with all emails replied to promptly by Staton and correct size urn has now been received.
