Love Your Lights  Avaliações

We’ve had a problem with our new rope light after it was installed (lose connection). Without dwelling too much on how this problem occurred, Love Your Lights have quickly arranged for a pick-up, repair and delivery of the lights.

Honestly, this is one of the best purchases ever! We have twinkling lights around the garden all on a single lead string that is discrete and absolutely beautiful! No ugly wires or clanking lights hitting the fence in the wind. A superb purchase. So happy we bought another couple of sets!

I purchased the Solar Festoon lights. I'm particularly impressed with how bright the lights are for solar powered. Far more superior than solar lights I've purchased from other places in the past. These lights appear to be high quality and look great in my garden. I would definitely shop for more lights from here again. The lights were nicely packaged and the delivery was very quick. Thanks.

Lights are OK its a shame they are sun sensitive as would like to just turn when needed.
Postage fast and packaged well.

Quick Delivery, easy to set up and look absolutely amazing on my deck. Perfect for romantic nights under the stars ✨

Quick delivery(genuine overnight) and the product is far superior to what’s available in the market.

Speedy delivery and arrived as per their promise even though it was close to Christmas. Woul d thoroughly recommend Love Your Lights..

Very quick delivery. Great Quality lights compared to other similar types.

A very easy website made purchasing the lamp a breeze.
The recipient of the lamp loved her present

The solars lights purchased for a gift for Xmas were well received and delivery was fantastic, which is more than can be said for other online purchases. We choose Love Your Lights because of their dedication to good stylish light but prompt delivery on time was definitely the bonus. Followup has been good too. Definitely definitely would recommend buying from this family company!

I purchased a lantern and some festoon lights as a gift. Both stopped working after about 9months but unfortunately the recipient didn't want me to worry/feel bad so she threw them out! I explained the situation to Penny/Sales who responded with no understanding, flexibility or even any acknowledgement that it was a shame that the lights stopped working after such a short time. Among other emails, here is an example of her tone:

Hi Kayla
You don't have the lights to return, so how can we offer a refund? I'm surprised that you would think we could do a refund, so I can't see why you would be disappointed. Try that with Bunnings and every other business and you'd get the same response.
Thanks
Penny

I completely understand there are procedures but sometimes there are exceptions and, even if the refund was still not possible, I would have appreciated a small sign of empathy or perhaps an apology that the lights didn't live up to their name.

A real shame to see no change in response, although I wouldn't want to create more landfill if the lights were to fail again.

I love to support local businesses but won't be supporting this business again.

Love that our new seed lights and festoon lights are solar-powered and work really well! Efficient, prompt service and locally owned. Definitely recommend...

Love the lights!
Very efficient service.

Certainly expedited shipping and prompt service. As for the lights themselves, they were gifts. By all accounts the recipients are happy with them.

Very happy with the festoons, excellently made & robust product.
Excellent customer service made the purchases a breeze (I placed 3 separate orders & everything went smoothly.)
AAA+++

Prompt delivery, nice product, good value for money.

Amazing service. A company that delivers all that it says it will do i.e. quality products and delivery time is spot on.
We sure do love our lights!
Thank you

I loved the online experience supported with prompt personal contact. I missed the Comments options when ordering lights as gifts for 2 people but managed instructions through email. Both friends loved the lights as gifts!!
