Just had my airduct service done by them! The guy who did it was named Jose! He was great! Awesome and very informative on everything! They were professional and took pictures along the way to show that they actually cleaned the vents and shared the pics with me.

From first phone call to service completion, Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning was responsive, courteous and professional. The tech showed up on time and made sure to keep our home tidy despite the messy work he was in for with our ducts. Our home was built 12 years ago and little did we know all the construction debris and dust left in our ducts. He showed us how dirty the ducts, etc. were prior to cleaning and the end result. We also had our dryer vent cleaned, and he recommended we have that cleaned each year. We are impressed with the quality of work and will use the again in the future. We highly recommend! I'm looking forward to not having dust build up in 1 hour after dusting my house! :)

He told us what he needed to do to clean our vents and ducts. The process went smoothly. It was very professional. It was the first time we had the vents and ducts cleaned and we appreciated our technician's thoroughness.

Oswaldo came out to do our cleaning. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The cleaning process didn’t make a mess at all which was great! The before & after pictures were so helpful. We absolutely recommend this company and the services they provide!
