Hi Mike,

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, though we're sorry your experience with us was a frustrating one.

You were opted in to operational emails, and separately to marketing emails. We've now removed you from the marketing list, so those will stop. The review invitations you've been receiving come directly from Trustpilot rather than from us, so if you'd like those to stop as well, you'll need to contact Trustpilot and ask to be removed from their database — it looks like you've had previous interactions with them too, which may have put you on their list.

If anything else is landing in your inbox that you think is ours, forward it to us and we'll track down where it's coming from and shut it off.

We want to assure you that all of our products come with best-before dates rather than use-by or sell-by dates, meaning they are perfectly good to eat for many months beyond the best-before date indicated.

For your convenience, all best-before dates are clearly displayed in several locations:
