LST has completely changed how I view options trading. The core framework is straight forward and when you follow diligently, produces positive results. I joined in January and decided to start with a very low amount in trading. Within a month started adding more funds because of strong results. I highly recommend LST and their trading strategies. I have taken other options trading classes, have traded options on & off for about a decade. This is absolutely “low stress”.

After trying many different subscription-based investment/trading programs over the past 15 years, I can say without hesitation that my success with Low Stress Trading far exceeds any other program or trading method I've tried.

My primary investing goal has been to provide income in retirement and allow my retirement savings to stretch over the lifetimes of my wife and myself. Low Stress Trading provides a method of producing reliable income by leveraging our retirement savings. My trading income after one year in the program now significantly exceeds my W-2 income before retirement, giving my wife and I confidence in facing retirement expenses.

The training is easy to follow and thorough such that no knowledge of trading financial markets is necessary, and new modules are added frequently either for an extra fee or for free to current members.

Customer support is quick and efficient and mostly (all?) consisting of people that are also members of the trading community. Several live Zoom calls are available with the company founders each week to all members so questions can be answered live, or one can post to the Community bulletin board and typically receive responses from fellow members within minutes. Access to the company founders is much easier than any other program I've been a part of.

The price is an excellent value for the level of training, ongoing support, and online tools available. Even one starting with the minimum recommended account size can pay for the subscription from their profits in a short time.

The extraordinary gains made possible by this framework are accessible to almost anyone that follows the framework and allows the compounding effect to do its work.

Overall, one of the best experiences I've ever had with a course and community. Low stress is the name of the game, and Troy and John deliver. I never thought I'd ever be trading options in my life, but they make it very simple to understand and execute. I owe them both (and the entire team) and debt of gratitude. I now consider myself a trader first and will do this for the rest of my life.

If you're on the fence about this, or you're afraid it's too complicated, or you won't get it, I'm telling you: just go for it. Your future self will thank you.

I joined Low Stress Trading after having the pleasure of meeting many people who were already a part of the program. It has been very exciting to finally learn how to trade as I was completely ignorant. I love the conservative strategies John and Troy teach. I also really love the no BS way the teach - so clear, so thorough. I heard about LST from Tom Woods, whom I trust based on many years of online and in-person interaction. Without Tom's recommendation, I would have chalked up LST as just another "too good to be true" attempt to separate me from my hard-earned savings. I first heard about Low Stress Options through Ben Settle and Tom Woods' newsletters, and it has completely changed how I handle my money. I signed up in October and spent that whole first month studying the guides for about two hours every single day. By the first week of November, I placed my very first trade exactly how they teach it: selling just one put on one stock. The next week, I stepped it up to two stocks, and by the third week, I was managing multiple contracts. Since then, I haven’t missed a single week of trading—even with wars and crazy global news happening.

Most people think the stock market is too risky for regular folks, but this system is all about keeping things safe and making steady gains week after week. It takes some discipline, but the rules are simple to follow.

This was hands down my best discovery of 2025. It started as a fun, highly profitable hobby, but my goal is to live entirely off this trading strategy within the next three years. If you are willing to put in the time and follow the steps, it pays off fast.

LST provides concise but thorough training in options trading that avoids risk and focuses on slow, steady profits. The owners provide support in four weekly zoom calls that guide new members while they learn not only the principles (Rule #1 Never Lose Money), but also the mechanics. They are knowledgeable and patient--with some occasional tough love. The online community of other students along with frequent participation of the instructor/owners is not only supportive, but also helpful. The strategy has produced the advertised 1% weekly for me so far after only 5 months of trading. I have now made enough in profits to cover my initial costs.

I am not great at writing these things, flowery language never feels authentic coming from me, just not my style. However, I am having difficulty describing my experience of Low Stress Trading/Options without getting into flowery territory.

Previously, my wife and I had been saving and projections had us turning our nest egg into ~$350k by retirement time in 20 years, future contributions notwithstanding. This was not a source of comfort, to say the least, and I’ve been looking for better ways to invest for years. I just happened to see a YouTube interview Troy did last fall and was very intrigued but of course skeptical. I ended up deep diving on options trading, running numbers, watching their sales zoom calls and hem hawing for months. Finally right before the new year I had a talk with my wife and decided to take a chance on this framework. I went through the training twice, opened a Schwab account and made my first tiny trade Jan 9th. I kept our account size low for months until I had a bit more confidence, and then added in chunks every week Feb-March.

Now, entering the 4th week of May, I’ve just passed over the $21k mark in total profits. My average weekly rate of return is currently at 1.62%, despite some rough weeks during the Iran insanity. A year ago I was resigned to the fact that I would need to work into my 70s to make our retirement numbers work. Today my entire paradigm has changed, and conservatively we should have enough in our brokerage to retire in under 10 years. I don’t know how to put into words how grateful I am to have found this framework. I’m so excited every Monday morning to place trades, and move the ball forward another yard or two. I’m so excited thinking of how to make more money in the next few years, to get this snowball bigger at the beginning stages. I’m excited to think how different my kids lives will be, more opportunities, experiences that weren’t in the picture not long ago. I can’t wait to hand over custodial accounts to each one and have them go through the course one day, teaching them how to trade as they’re ready.

To wrap up, I think the course is worth far more than what they charge, I think the software, tools, weekly calls, and the wonderful community they’ve created are worth more than the monthly subscription, any one of them would be. Very soon we will have full Schwab integration within the LST software, I’m sure at great expense to them, very exciting, the value keeps building.

They do have upsells, and I’ve found more value in some than others. None are essential, the core strategy is more than enough. For me and my situation, this purchase has already paid for itself many times over in a short period, so I’m more open to checking them out. Until you’ve made back more than the purchase price I wouldn’t be thinking of anything other than the core framework. I will say I love their 3050 Puts course, Affordable AI, as well as Boldly Bitcoin. All have made me a bit more returns than the core framework, and have improved my knowledge and skills as a trader, so I will be using aspects of them for a long time to come.

There's a lot of things that have made my experience great with Low Stress Trading. I believe we are taught to think that doing anything related to the stock market and trading is very risky and that it's best left to the so-called professionals. Now I know that's just a way to keep regular people from having any real control over their own money and financial future. I took a leap of faith with LST and I feel it was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. Actually, it wasn't much of a leap. If you get on one of the owners free sales calls you'll see that they are extremely genuine, thorough,and shockingly honest. They show you details of what they do with their own money. And if you think, ok, they're good salesmen, big deal. Yes, they're great salesmen, but it's backed up with real knowledge, experience, thoughtful attention to detail, long-suffering patience with newbies, and lots of value for your money. The community is very helpful and supportive. I can't recommend it enough.

I’d heard of options trading. I’d tried to learn it. I read books. I knew two people who made their living trading options. But I couldn’t get it.

Then in October 2025 a friend told me he was having success in Low Stress Options. I already knew Troy. I read the information page and joined. I didn’t need to join an information call. I knew if it was Troy’s program it’d work.

Three things you should know if you’re considering this program:
It works and doesn’t need modification.
All of the training included in the basic program is enough to turn even a tiny trading account into a huge trading account. While there are additional courses available within the environment, none of them are required to be successful.
Be open minded. Be teachable.

Since starting my trading journey eight months ago, using only LSO guidance, I’ve increased my trading account by 31.96%. The account had previously been in an index fund and was making about 1/3rd of that value. And quite frankly it had losses then that I don’t experience now.

Your mileage may vary. I’ve made some mistakes. There are others who are more successful with this method than I am. Some make higher gains. Some started with a bigger account than I did.

I find the support to be outstanding. The community of members is warm and equal. The information calls are informative.

I did not need convincing. I joined. I did the work. I have the cash to prove it works. And I’ll be retiring early because of it. Satisfied customer.

This is such a great program at its base, and beyond that they have a wonderful platform to investigate your potential trades and analyze your results. Plus a very responsive helpdesk. All around A++.

Signed up for this program back in July of 2025. Finished all of the courses, joined all of the amazing support calls, and had them hand-holding me through my first trades. Everything was amazing and smooth. As long as you listen and follow their advice, heed the warnings, you can avoid the traps and be successful.
