We use LoyaltyLion for our rewards program and have had a really great experience. Our CSM, Hannah Parker, is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and truly understands our business. She’s been a strong partner in helping us think through strategy while also keeping things efficient on execution.

The platform itself is also a standout — it’s intuitive, reliable, and constantly evolving. It’s clear the team is investing in innovation and keeping up with where loyalty is headed, which makes a big difference

Excellent partnership

Excellent partnership. Patient and very responsive. If you are going to launch a loyalty campaign, I highly recommend LoyaltyLion. Also, integrations with systems like Shopify, Klaviyo, etc. are super easy.

Great customer service & app

The Loyalty Lion app is a great add on to your company. Really easy to manage and reporting is really helpful for the wider team. Laura our Customer Success Manager is very knowledgeable & helpful.

Excellent Service

Transferring and launching our new rewards program with Loyalty Lion was thorough but easy! Our onboarding manager did a great job of assisting us through the process and provided timely help despite being in a different time zone. Excellent service!

I had a fantastic experience working with LoyaltyLion. My Onboarding Manager, Freya was excellent! She was very attentive and explained everything to me so I understood the process. She was easy to get into contact with and was also great to work with.

It was really amazing

It was really amazing.

From Joshua to Reya, they've been rellay helpful.

Joshua on explaining the intro part to us was really helpful for us to make decision.

And when Reya help me the onboarding and keep on answering my inquiries till now was really helpful. And even provide Solution for us.

I really recommend everyone to use Loyalty Lion.

I have been very pleased with our LoyaltyLion experience so far. The team is very quick to reply to questions that I have, and the onboarding team was very helpful. They got our program set up very quickly, and the ongoing support is extremely good. I would highly recommend LoyaltyLion to any merchant looking for a rewards program.
