Great customer service, friendly staff, well informed and will guide you all the way through the whole process. Answered all my questions and offered sound advice whenever we were not sure about something. I would definitely recommend LPA Now if you are looking to get a power of attorney arranged for elderly parents or relatives.

The company was easy to get in touch with, all those who I spoke to were very polite, they were very professional and showed an eagerness to get the job done the fee appeared reasonable. However I'm still waiting for the finish document which is now with a government department.

LPA Now made a very complicated and to us a terrifying ordeal absolutely pain free, no worries about filling out forms incorrectly when you do it yourself. i know from relatives who have done their LPA for themselves, hopig to save time and money,some seemingly simple error comes back to bite them and then they have to pay for another registratio.
LPA visited us at home did all the hard legal leg work. We can also guarantee after requesting a home visit to do joint LPA on financial and health grounds, their price is extremely reasonable.
We can not rate them highly enough. A wonderful trustworthy company, that cut out all the scary drama of LPA applications.Their staff are extremely polite and reassuring and more importantly knowledgeable about the law relating to LPA, right from the word go from the team secretary to the people down the line, also enduring all that grunt work with all their expertise.

Great friendly service and no hidden costs

Michelle who I spoke to on the phone had a very calm and capable manner and explained things very well. I had been quoted £900 and over £900 for One person's LPA documents which are one for Financial and one for Medical from two different solicitors.
With LPA it cost us £575 for two peoples duel documents.
Their representative also acted as a witness which was extremely helpful for us.

They did not explain properly what documents needed.Also about the fee. We were told claiming benefit its exempted free.The collegue said to us. All she did was fill the forms and got us to sign documents.Then we paid the cost of £350 and that was the total amount i was told to pay by my friend who recommended you to me.Therfore asking me to pay extra cosr of £46 pounds for each documents why?.
