Placed a order over a week ago have had confirmation email but still no delivery date tried to call number phone is turned off also sent several emails no reply service is terrible definitely won't be ordering again

Ordered through Facebook for delivery

Ordered through Facebook for delivery. Mailed them a few times to ask when my order would be delivered and despite them being live and replying to comments on the page they never did get back to me. Had to request a charge back through the bank for the £80 and still haven’t had a reply from lqm meats. Very weird way to operate a business. Customer service is non existent.

Paid for a £89 pack online and received…

Paid for a £89 pack online and received a receipt and that was the last i heard from them for 10 days , chase on messenger was told holidays had them behind but id get delivery Wednesday. Messaged Wednesday night no answer, again Thursday morning no answer, called the mobile number no answer , texted my receipt and order number and no answer. I now consider the money gone and after reading poor reviews on quality of meat I'm not wanting the order tbh as I am away now for a month in London . No point chasing a refund they wont comply .

Utter cowboys

I am extremely disappointed at the poor customer service. After they advertised a meat pack on Facebook I posted on the thread and messaged them directly requesting said pack giving my full postcode. LQM responded on the thread and to me via private message saying they COULD deliver the following day and asked me for my full address and telephone number which I provided by return. Having waited in all day today, I messaged them requesting an update on the delivery time. They finally replied saying they do not deliver to my area! They have done previously and had already confirmed they would deliver to me today. Absolutely awful customer service.

False advertising and meat that’s off- LQM Meats

Was told had to order £100 at least so did that and it was meant to arrive on the Friday. Asked what had happened. Eventually got an apology and told they can deliver the Saturday. Bought two of the £49 packs plus delivery. £103. However, meat was delivered in carrier bags, not chilled and no dates. 4 packs of meat missing and the steaks I had to bin as were turning green and stank of vinegar. Will not be using them again.

LQM in Scotland

Ordered a couple of times and never get exactly what's advertised but didn't complain as wasn't worth the hassle. This time I mailed them and asked if I could change the pork for chicken or beef as I don't like pork. He said yeah no problem. It arrived with pork and no replacements. I added on steak and chicken for an extra 6.99, didn't receive the steak. I mailed them and was told there was no guarantee the butchers would change the pork for chicken or beef as they had lots of packs to do. Was told just to give the pork to someone and they'd give me my steak in with my next order, bearing in mind I don't order from the regularly. Basically I'll get my steak if I make another order. Customer service is terrible

Don't waste your money at LQM Meats

Second Update: All of the Rump and Sirloin meat was heavily oxidized after being thawed and I can't tell if it's safe to eat.

I recently bought the £100 meat pack called 'LQM MEGA MEAT.' along with some beef ham, stir fry packs and a 'Belly Buster Breakfast Pack.' I had a few problems with the order so I emailed them, waited three days and got no response.

I waited SIX days for it to be delivered to find it all frozen together in massive clumps inside bags. I definitely do not recommend being a customer of LQM Meats. Please see the points I highlighted in the email below:

1. The chicken burgers were changed to steak burgers without letting me know prior.

2. The Bacon in the belly buster pack had 8 slices in it as opposed to the 20 advertised and it didn't weigh a Kg.

3. The stir fry packs were all unlabelled except one and I don't think there were any Garlic ones as advertised (again I don't know but they all looked red like chilli. So wont know until I cook them).

4. I wasn't sure what the 8 Nando's chicken portions were as nothing was labelled that name. I'm assuming it's the garlic buttered chicken breasts?

5. Both sets of chicken breasts (8 of them in each I think) were all frozen together which means I'll need to defrost and cook it all at the same time which isn't ideal.

6. The same with the 10 link sausages from the belly buster pack were all frozen together.

7. The mince wasn't the 500g advertised either. It was 446g.

8. The same with the rump and sirloin steaks were all frozen together as well. I think you should wrap them individually in paper because you can't really cook and reheat them from frozen.

UPDATE: Just defrosted some of the sirloin steaks (looks like it was a roast that was going off. They cut it into steaks (still tie string on it) and its all black and off. inedible!
