We were extremely hesitant to buy a ps5 due to all the scammers. Not only have LS kept up their end of the sale, they had it to us within 7 days (and that's during xmas! We ordered it on the 24th). I asked for a possible ETA (expecting to be advised a couple of weeks) & ended up with a delivery notice! Very, very happy!

First time buying from LS shopper and wow the ps5 arrived the next day all as described, will definitely use your services again.

After reading the reviews on here I was a little worried about receiving the pair of Jordan’s trainers I ordered on 26th December. Messaged asking about the delivery policy since it was coming up to new year and was told the shoes would be sent out next working day. I didn’t realise 27th and 28th were both bank holidays so they got sent out on the 29th and I’ve received them today (30th). Really pleased with the customer service and quick responses I got when querying. The shoes are in perfect condition along with the box, will definitely use again.

Was so impressed LS Personal Shopper could get a PlayStation 5 for my husband for Christmas. We have been trying to get hold of one for a year. It arrived really quickly and I was kept updated at every stage. Would definitely recommend buying via them.

Ordered Alexander McQueens trainers which I originally ordered the baby blue and white but as they were out of stock I was offered alternative colours or a refund, I chose the pink and white and they were delivered within 3 days. Customer service was good getting back to me within an hour or so. Cant fault really other than maybe update website with stock more frequently.

I placed an order on 20th of December, and paid the extra for fast dpd delivery. I have not recieved anything, tracking the order is pointless because it has not been dispatched. Its a joke to be honest !

Very Happy with the PS4 delivery although the customer service could be better

I was nervous ordering form a site I’d never heard of, I checked reviews and found no negative! Glad I took the gamble! PS5 delivered within 3 days right before Xmas!!! I definitely recommend this company!!!!

Apart from initial communication linked to despatch of the item, I must say this has been a brilliant service. When I contacted the customer service team they responded quickly and accurately. I ordered a PS5 on the 20th of December (literally the only place I could get a brand new one) and it arrived on today the 23rd. 3 working days.. and well in time for Christmas as per the website promise. I wont hesitate using LS Personal Shopper again.

Ordered a pair of air jordan 1's on Tuesday for my daughters xmas present. Arrived today. James sent me the tracking details yesterday too so I knew where it was.
The trainees are spot on too. Ive been trying to get them for two months but nowhere had them, not in teale anyway. LSpersonalshopper is 100% legit. Brilliant service and lightening quick. Couldnt recommend this guy enough. Nice one James, thank you brother!

UPDATE: Trainers received christmas eve at 0940! Very relieved and grateful it could be sorted. Not sure what the issue was... I can only assume it was a huge Christmas demand and reduced workload. Thankyou very much 😊

Really disappointed. Ordered Jordan 1 trainers for christmas. Guaranteed for Christmas and paid express delivery. Still waiting for them. No tracking info given. Email sent to customer service and they stated it would be delivered before Christmas but still nothing or no tracking details given.

Managed to find some trainers on here that I couldn't find anywhere else for my daughters Christmas present. Delivery took slightly longer than stated but still here in time for Christmas.

Well after having a meltdown as my parcel was sent back to sender by DPD by system error i did not think my parcel would have been here for xmas as it was in the warehouse for 5 days and had no response from service staff to when it would be sent back out. However, James left his number on this for me to contact him as i had left a review and he sorted the issue right away, located the shoes and had them dispatched the next day. I now have them in my possesion and cant thank James enough for going the extra mile to ensure i had these for xmas. 5 stars for the rapid response and good customer service from James thanks again. And will definetly do buisness with you again.
