Company is a scam do not buy anything from here!

Less than one star what came is totally different to what look in the web also come wrong model and wrong size

If I could give zero it would be zero.
Clothing looks NOTHING like it does online and is definitely different.

Lost a case with Paypal. Do not purchase from this company.
Cheap clothing, looks awful.

Come Jacket looks like cheap item from the market, smell off fish, horrible customer service who don’t want return or refund, suggest to keep the item .

Bought a coat for £110. The image is advertised as leather looking with lots of fluffy fur. What I’ve received is a cheap and nasty coat which smells! It’s so poorly made and looks like something which would be sold on a cheap market stall. Don’t bother or waste your time! Wish me luck trying to get a refund!!!

I, too wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. It's 2025 and the fleece coat I ordered is way too small. They sent a 2XL ! I'm sure I ordered a L
based on their size chart. I've sent an email requesting a refund before reading the other reviews only to find out a refund will NOT be forthcoming. This place will go on my "Never Again" list!

I wish I had researched and read reviews prior to ordering. I didn’t realise they do not give refunds for returns and am another victim. I ordered a dress, too small and not quite as it seemed in photos, returned it, only to learn they now will not refund. I now have a credit note I have to/ can’t bear to spend. Is there anything I can do to persuade them to refund me? Suggestions please would be gratefully received. 🙏

Very poor quality - items don’t look like the Photos. Poor material, while being very expensive.

The team does not want to comply with Dutch law that mandates to refund the money when an order is returned. They don’t want to return money - which is fraudulent! Luciee simply does not andere anymore to e-mails.

The remove reviews & Posts so that all looks great. So dissapointing and unfair.

I will start a legal procedure as it is inacceptabel that they simply don’t respond.

I can’t believe this company is still trading. Why has no one reported them for false advertising. The clothes are cheap, poor quality, sized to the absolute minimum and no refunds. Clothes arrived packaged in a brown paper bag

Please do not waste your money, I so wish I had read the previous reviews. They only offer a credit note, no refunds, the quality is poor, as is the fit, extremely over priced for what it is. Be warned.

On the photos it seems good quality but in fact it is really poor such dress of years 1980!

Do not buy from this website unless you are 100% certain you will keep the item as she will not make refunds despite Czech being subject to the Distance Selling Regs which require refunds for any reason for returns within 14 days. I missed this, I bought 2 blouses, black and white,vthe quality was no better than you'd get in Zara and the white one was completely see through so I sent it back. Lucy said it hadn't arrived but luckily I had paid for tracked delivery and could see (using Google translate) that she had been notified by customs to pay the duty and pick it up. She gives a private address for returns to avoid the authorities. She refused to pay the duty and insisted I would have to send an email to Czech customs confirming the value as 10 euro (real value 175) which I refused to do, as it is fraud and not worth my professional reputation. I could not risk paying the duty myself and still not getting a credit note or refund so the package was rejected and arrived back with me 8 weeks later. Due to beautiful professional photography the business appears professional, do not be fooled, it is really a cowboy operation - do not risk your money.

Ich bin entsetzt über die Qualität zu diesem teuren Preis. 1x geschwaschen, wie ich auch Cashmer oder Seide wasche, Flecken vom Waschmittel, Überall. Nie Wieder. Sie reagieren auch nicht auf Fotos oder geben ein Feedback. Das interssiert sich nicht. Nie wieder!

UPDATE. After 4 weeks this scam company refused to take delivery of the returned items and sent it back. Arrived today. Honestly you couldn’t make this up!!!! I sincerely hope this company goes out of business for a) selling appalling quality and b) their customer service definitely a shoddy set up. They should start looking at their reviews instead of professing to be sustainable and eco friendly. Utter rubbish. WARNING. YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN OR THATS IT. Taking in mind it takes over this for the parcel to arrive even first class track and trace. Please don’t order from them lots of much better alternatives

I had to rate this a one just to leave a review. .....I ordered a poppy scarf over a year ago and have not received it. Even after sending the company an email, I have not received any correspondence back. Kiss that $$ goodbye.

I was scammed too! 😡 I ordered a poppy scarf for Remembrance Day,which, according to the other reviewers, I will never see. I sent them an email asking where they were located,but they never replied. I guess that should have been my answer😠.
