Great product but they take FOREVER to ship the products.

Great products and the savings are real!!

Products arrived promptly & in good condition. I am a big fan of your low toxic products and plastic-free packaging. Keep up the good work and research & development. The dishwasher booster is a welcome addition to the range too.

I really want to rate this higher as I am rooting for the product and like the concept.

Dishwashing specifically, for some reason glasses and plates coming out wet and speckled. Dishes are clean but don’t look it.

Hopefully this improves, clothes washing seems to clean well something more fragrant would be nice post wash.

Product average performance, even worse they will not take no for an answer. I did not put in a subscription, but received more items and they have helped themselves to by bank account without authorization. All responses are AI and just keep repeating the same crap. Impossible to avoid subscription or to speak to human or get subscription

A SCAM business, tricking people into subscriptions, then making it REALLY difficult to cancel. I fear for the vulnerable people who they have claimed. Doing this and hiding behind an "ethical" model makes me sick.

Lucent Glove products are great AND good for the environment! The service team are incredibly friendly and efficient. :-)

Love the Lucent Globe products especially the Laundry and fabric softener sheets and the Dishwasher sheets as well. Love that it is all natural ingredients and that its an Australian company and im saving money too.

No human customer service
No honouring sales offers
Forces a subscription, if choosing no subscription your bank is still withdrawn over $100.00, I had to block and cancel my card
Constant advertising with no human customer service.
Way to expensive.
Will never buy again, do not trust this company

Very disappointed! I purchased boxes of the dishwashing powder and laundry powder.
I found the dishwashing powder was not cleaning my dishes at all. Every wash I did, I had to pull at least a third to half of my dishes out and wash them again by hand. I tried different washing cycles but still had the same problem. I could not unload my dishwasher and put them away without inspecting each piece.
I complained to the company who sounded like they were going to do the right thing, but that was all talk.
I sent back my unopened laundry and dishwashing sheets as requested, at my own expense. They told me that I would then get a refund.
But they broke that promise, to give me a credit note instead, which obviously wasn’t going to work, because I have lost confidence in the product they sell!
As for the Laundry sheets, they were okay but not that good at getting my clothes clean.
when I first saw the adverts on facebook, I thought that’s great two young men getting on and doing something good for the environment, thats why I wanted to support them.
Sorry now that I did.

The products live up to my expectations.

I like that it is more natural and cheaper than other products sold in supermarkets… I’m happy with the laundry sheets on a normal wash… not so happy with the dishwasher sheets as I need to really rinse everything first as it doesn’t get all the dirt off especially on knives

I like that the product gets delivered promptly. It comes in a neat box that is easy to store in the laundry cupboard . The laundry sachets smell delicious with none of the nasty chemicals to be concerned about.
I have never owned a dishwasher so now I have one I’m happy to use a product that leaves no chemical residue on my dishes .

I wouldn’t use any other laundry products. I love the Lucent detergents, loo cleaner and washing machine cleansers and the sustainability of all of their range.

I love the products. I use the laundry, toilet and dishwasher products and love them. No issues with cleanliness of the product and no plastic to dispose or need re-use so it doesn't end up in the land. Delivery is pretty fast. The only thing I need to consider is the flight mileage on from Aus - N.Z. on the plane. But if the plane if flying here anyway then really no issue. I recommend the products!

Hi Team we are on our second boxes. I have used the dish washing sheets and washing machine sheets so far. I love the concept that the sheets are plant based and we wanted some.
Coming to the feedback -
Dish washing sheets - I generally rinse my dishes once before loading the dish washer. However I have found the sheets not effective on dried coffee stains, pots and pans do not come out clean. So now with a quick rinse I am also giving a quick scrub before I load the dish washer. I agree I have no more chemical smell to the dishes.

Washing machine sheets - these fair slightly better to the above product. The only thing I have found is that it some times leaves soap streaks on my darker pants to avoid this I feel putting the sheet in the dispenser is a good idea.
There are no instruction on the box how many sheets one should use for what kind of loads would be help ful to have those instructions as well.

I love the fragrances you have introduced for ur products. Want to see the products slightly stronger.

The Products are great. I'm using products for the dishwasher, Toilet and washing machine. I will continue to use these and many more of this brand. It's a win for me and a win for the environment.

I am so glad I found Lucient globe. I use the dishwashing and clothes washing sheets mainly, they do the job requiered and no plastice waste. I love them. I also bought the cleaning bundle once, and got my spray mop, spray glass contaniors . Pluss the glass cleaner and the multi cleaner. All work great. Also the people at the office were great at helping me get my order sorted when I had problems with it. I recomend this company to all who will listen. Thanks Saji.
