Terrible customer service, useless tracking information
Leaving out the product, the company doesn't do their own product tracking so customer service can't help with anything. There is no communication about delays or problems with orders.

To start off with we bought this in 2021 and it had been great, the best bed we ever had. We purchased the split king setup, 2 twin xl bases and 2 twin xl 12in mattresses. The problems start when we tried to warranty my wifes adj base this year, i have been working with Tim at lucid for multiple months over 20 emails back and forth, multiple pictures and videos showing the problem, but Tim says that a bolt fell out and caused the metal frame to brake, so they wont replace it, even though the plaster the 10 YEAR WARRANTY every where. The "bolt" he is talking about isnt a bolt it is a metal pin with a hole at the end and a cotter pin through it. He has been nothing but rude through this whole process. The worst part is about three years ago on my bed frame, something simular happened, a metal part on the bed frame broke, I sent them 1 email with pictures, Lucid sent an entire new bed base, oh how the awesome customer service has turned to utter garbage..

Very very poor quality and the Company won't respond in any way if you have a problem.
I bought a Topper and After 9 months It's already falling a part.

I purchased a Lucid memory foam mattress thinking it was a budget-friendly option backed by a solid warranty. Big mistake.
Within 18 months, it sagged badly in the middle. My wife and I were constantly rolling toward the center, and the surface became uneven and lumpy. I submitted a warranty claim with full documentation, and after weeks of silence, they denied it because the indentation wasn’t “1.5 inches deep.” Completely ignored the fact that the mattress had lost all usable support.
Their only suggestion? Buy a mattress topper — as if that would fix their failed product.
This mattress directly contributed to back pain that required medical attention. I will never buy from Lucid or any affiliated brand again. You’re better off sleeping on the floor.
Lucid claimed "10-year warranty" is a scam!
I have a mattress developed terrible sagging, gave me back pain. The sagging has met their warranty criteria.
I contacted them showing proof of this defective sagging. They reply to you extremely slowly (2 weeks waiting per reply), and find excuses to refuse taking responsibilities. I have provided enough proof they ended up calling my proof 'fake' and 'fraud'. They go such length to not stand behind their product, I don't know how I can recommend this company to anyone.
I purchased a Lucid adjustable frame with the matching mattress also by Lucid. The claim in the ad was that they went together and on their web page it states that any of their mattresses would work fine with their bed frame. To make a long story short, I have shared 10 emails back and forth with their customer service with numerous photos proving that the mattress will not conform to the base as it is too thick and firm, making it worthless as an adjustable bed. At first I was told to give it time, but I have given it well over a year. Then I was told that I needed to be laying on the bed to prove that it conformed and I sent more photos proving that the mattress just sits up high on top of the frame even though the bed frame is in its' adjusted position. They absolutely refuse to give me any help whatsoever. I would absolutely stay away from this company as they do not stand behind their product even with proof that there is an issue. Save yourself money and a lot of aggravation and go with another company.
Don’t purchase anything from Lucid Mattress Company. Their products are substandard and their customer service is completely nonexistent. I purchased a bed frame that was recalled and have been waiting for 4 months for the replacement. Any time you try to reach someone with this company, you can only email them. And they may or may not respond back to you. If they do, based on my experience, it will be 4-10 days before you hear back and the responses are usually not what you expected or wanted. And the company doesn’t even pretend to care that you are a satisfied customer. They only want your money. Stay away from this company. They are bad business!!
The quality of the Lucid mattresses has been good in our experience, we have purchased two in the past but last time we tried to order two more we had serious issues with their customer service. We tried to order repeatedly and the transaction was declined each time. When we contacted lucid they told us the reason was because our shipping address and billing address were not the same, which is of course because we do not receive mail where the mattress will be shipped only by po box. Of course this is a common situation with many people and I've never had a company reject a payment for this issue. When we contacted their customer support they explained that they could not bypass that our billing and shipping address had to be the same. This is completely lame and they are simply turning away business as we plan to order not just these two but more in the future. Will not do business with them again.
Product is not what it said it would be. Never inflated to the listed size in inches. Customer service is only reachable through email. The return policy or exchange is not listed accurately on their website. They expect me to take a 50 percent loss and resell the defective mattress or send it back at my expense with the responsibility to find a box large enough and a company that will ship it. Please consider this poor customer service and lack of quality before you consider buying
LUCID Mattress is not meeting quality expectations. Mattress is uneven on top surface and on sides. Corners are rounded and does not inflate into perfect cube. Seems like top foam is not aligned with bottom part. Poor quality control from lucid . Firmness is okay for medium firm . Also it was suppose to be 14 inch but got inflated to only 12-13 inches . I have used other similar brands and I would not recommend LUCID again
I got a 10" queen "gel memory foam" mattress for $260. I think it was a great deal, I'm very happy that I bought it. The mattress is thick and very comfy. It's probably warmer than firm mattress. It takes about 1 or 2 seconds to depress or expand after you lay down or get up. It can compress quite a bit, I do not have any issues with it but a heavier person I knew had trouble getting out of it, it seems like light foam.
Thank you Lucid for pricing a mattress and an adjustable base that I could afford. Most of the other companies priced me out of the market. I needed this setup because of chronic pain. You have helped me sleep again.
