This site is for sure a scam to get people pictures and information. Telling them to do reviews and the points they make will turn into money. Only to lie and have fake people talking and doing reviews. Do not trust this site the people on there are apart of the scam

I paid 34 dollars for 2 box's, when box's were received, i was upset. The box's contained one item each, and items were a hdmi cord & a cheap knockoff over the ear headphone. I couldnt believe how bad i was ripped off

TOTAL SCAM!!! Zero customer service! I ordered three wool sweaters and three sweaters did arrive but they were not wool, looked nothing like what I ordered and had no tags on them. Three emails have gone unanswered and there is no phone number to call. Thankfully, I paid with a credit card and will get a full refund by going through my financial institution.

How is a company allowed to operate like this?
- I did not receive what I have paid for
- I later learned there is no listed phone number for this scam company, and the "customer service" tab on their website doesn't work.
- My mails remain unanswered, thought Oultlook gave me the 'delivered' notice.

How can a company keep operating like this?

NOTHING I ordered arrived.
The package took 2 months to arrive, EVERYTHING inside was wet and smelly and NOTHING is right - wrong items, wrong sizes, very cheap quality.
They don't answer any of the emails and unsurprisingly there isn't anyway to rate them on their website.
I hope I'm the last customer that lost money on this scam. DON'T BUY!!!

I've been waiting for the package for over a month. What I then got was absolutely flawed and partly wrong. Questions and complaints were not answered. I rate this company with an absolute -.

I had same experience than others; bad quality, wrong size sweaters and wrong products. After a long “conversation” I can return products at my own expense 😒 best part is that they had money back quarantine and free returns if not satisfied...

I've just had the same experience that other clients wrote about. Unfortunately I'm reading it now.
I've ordered a sweater. The delivery was very slow and I've received another product: different colour, different style, no tag.
I've sent two email at their customer service, the first one a week ago, the second one yesterday, but they never answered.
Don't buy anything from this company!

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. The cheaply made sweaters I ordered took over six weeks to arrive. Of course, they ended up looking NOTHING like what was pictured on the company's website. The quality and shapeless fit were so horrible, I attempted to return the sweaters immediately.

GOOD LUCK! I later learned there is no listed phone number for this scam company, and the "customer service" tab on their website doesn't work. After FOUR unanswered attempts to email them about how to return the sweaters, I just gave up and literally threw the worthless crap into the garbage.

How is a company allowed to operate like this?

As everyone stated below AVOID!! DONT BE FOOLED by the GORGEOUS pics on FACEBOOK! You wont receive what is pictured. I have emailed to request full refund as items nothing like I ordered, no answer unsurprisingly. Save yourself the waste of money and time

I ordered 5 sweaters. Two were missing from the order. I emailed several times and have not heard anything back. I would like a refund or the two items I ordered.

ordered 2 jumpers for my partner for christmas, only one of the jumpers was the model, colour and size i ordered, the other was a different model, different colour and different size! both were very poor quality, bad shaping and threads hanging out of cuffs, kneck and bottom, contacted seller and he offered a partial refund but wouldn't state how much, not that i was ever going to accept anything other than a full refund, i raised a case with paypal as seller just sent the same e-mail in response to my next. unbelievably paypal sided with the seller after I spent £15 on shipping to return the goods, stating invalid traking info, the sellers e-mail address was invalid for the courier, paypal resolution centre did not have an option to be able to report this so i ended up using my own e-mail for the courier.
I wish I'd visited trust pilot to check on this fraudster before I bought the items but i was swayed by the fabulous images on instagram and there website! now very out of pocket!!
please do not buy from this company!!!

Sent the wrong jumper that costed £25. Emailed twice already with no response. Still have the wrong jumper meanwhile. The others that arrived are nice but I'm not sure they really are made from wool - though the website said they were made of wool, the tags on the jumpers do not indicate this.

Don’t order from here. I didn’t get what I ordered. Poor quality and no return possibility in practise.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! 1) It took well over a month for the product to arrive. 2) I ordered 4 items and 3 of the sweaters are completely different from what I ordered. 3) The quality is unbelievably poor. 4) They claim to have a return policy. The return policy says multiple times "contact us" but it is not readily apparent where their contact information is located.

My order has just arrived and like others on here, I am very disappointed in the products I received. The finish and quality is pretty poor. They also took forever to arrive (from China as I later discovered).
While I realise colours can be deceiving online, these colours were so way off and a couple of the items were not even what I ordered.
[Edit] I have found my Paypal transaction, so I will be requesting a refund. Lesson learned, however - this company should definitely be avoided!

Avoid this company. The jumper I ordered eventually arrived after two months. It was of a poor quality and looked completely different to the advertised pictures. I’ve been trying to return it for a refund - even happy to pay return postage - but no reply. Radio silence.
