Update #2- Five months have passed and I am finally on my last payout of $8400.00 from Slots Garden. You wanna wait five months to get your payout? No? Then don’t play the Inclave casinos, because that’s exactly what they did to me! I will say my VIP Host tried his best. Unfortunately, I believe their jobs are just to listen to all the complaints. I requested a withdrawal for $1000 on 10/04/26.via Coindraw. I was due to receive the funds on 10/11. I didn’t receive it, so I signed into my account today and the $1000.00 was magically out of the withdrawal status and back onto my playing account. Lucky Legends (and Sunrise) decided on 10/09 to downgrade my VIP Status and make me no longer eligible for the fastest withdrawal of Coindraw. Therefore, I’m required to wait another 7 to 10 BUSINESS days for approval and then another 7 to 10 days for my funds to be deposited.

Coindraw was an option when I requested the withdrawal, but the casino decided I hadn’t deposited enough lately to earn the privilege of retaining the fastest withdrawal option (even after it was offered when I requested a refund.) Interestingly enough, they will not allow you to deposit or claim free spins while you have a pending withdrawal, so you get penalized for not depositing or playing even when the casino won’t allow play. The only thing that makes sense is this is just a stall tactic to keep from paying out the funds in a timely manner. As soon as I receive my funds (if ever) I will close my account permanently.

This site is a complete scam. Made a deposit went through the play through amount, and requested my withdrawal. They make up excuses why they won’t send the money.

First time user. Made a deposit for the 200x bonus match, "no strings". Advertised as no withdrawal restrictions and no playthrough. That was not the case, the playthrough was the bonus amount, and a minimum of $100 to withdraw. Support directly lied to me about this before I made my deposit. The funds were never pulled from my account so I requested the deposit be cancelled. My account was then closed, no explanation besides them stating its been closed and chats ended. Now they won't communicate with me at all, instead when they "review" my account, I get the same account closure message and chat ended by support. This is a total scam, the whole thing, start to finish. If my account gets charged.....I'll be filing a dispute and a police report with your support teams lovely chats as proof. The amount of money is honestly miniscule but you wasted so much of my time just looping me in circles.

They will make you go through so many hoops and sending of information, verifying cards when i really think they are stealing our information all to have to wait weeks if not longer to cashout if you ever cashout. HELP!!! I signed on and accepted a free spin and ended up having to deposit. I am having hard time verifying because they say I didnt Deposit last night or ever and that i have multiple bonus plays so my $2207.35 will not be able to be redeemed.
