I have added this review for anyone searching after making a withdrawal, I have been playing this casino for a couple of months. Enjoy the games. I do not really use bonuses. Deposited multiple times, using apple pay and bank transfer and card payments. Made a first withdrawal earlier this week. Initially after 24 hours the withdrawal went back into my bank with a message to ask for verification documents. 5 points were requested to include apple pay transaction proof of cards and bank statements. I uploaded multiple documents and the next day they were looked at and the withdrawal changed to in progress. An hour later i received an email telling me the withdrawal has been successful. I am waiting for the funds to hit my bank account but it is all showing as approved.

There is no scam here, just verification checks and whilst waiting for these the balance is returned to you.

I would recommend this casino and the support team who are friendly and helpful.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews here, I won a few hundred twice and had the money in my account without any problems within a few days, for me it's one of the best casinos where you can play and win.

I put 50 pounds on roulette and tried casing out at 200 but had to keep playing and I got upto a 1000 still can't cash out so I put the lot on a spin and won 2160 and there sed I breced and keep it and return my 50 back and still couldn't cash it out and got made to play it again and lost the 50 pounds too

Don't touch this site as they won't close your account when you request it, I've been asking for over a month and they are just ignoring me. This is disgusting, I'll be reporting them

They just refuse to close your account, I've tried for 5 weeks, I e-mail and go on their chat and they just pretend it's in a queue and they have escalated it. I reported Lucky Twice to the Gambling Commission as they don't have a licence to gamble with UK residents living in the UK. They are illegally gambling and need to be shut down, they have no way of closing your account and they know it!

Scammers if your from the uk do not deposit a penny in this site. I deposited and won £5000 they will not pay out all excuses under the sun.

This company is full of lies!!! I had a withdrawal apparently processed on the 16th October of £478.66 and I have yet still not received the funds i have spoken to my bank 10 times to ask them where it is and they said they can't see any incoming payments now been 7 days and lucky keep telling me to wait 10 days when the bank said I should of received by now! I won over £14000 and they would not let me take the money out. Be warned they make you pay through Apple Pay and when the credit card only gives you 2 transactions they have you! They keep asking for proof when they know you don’t have it!
I checked my credit card and there is no deposit on it on that day. So I have lost the lot. I’ve been fighting it for weeks. They seem very nice and polite but don’t be fooled.
