The airline is not reliable
First of all, it was very difficult to get in touch with customer service.
I called customer service before booking tickets to confirm that there were still spots available for dogs on the flight. They confirmed that a spot for a dog was available, so I immediately booked the tickets. Just 5 minutes later, when I called again to reserve the spot for my dog, I got a different person on the phone who said that this specific flight did not accept dogs at all, not that the dog spot was already taken.
I couldn’t get a refund for the ticket, so I lost the money.
With AirBaltic, on the other hand, everything went smoothly as it should.
