Na een retourzending heeft het even geduurd voordat wij ons geld terug hadden, maar uiteindelijk is het netjes opgelost via de CEO, Lars. Hij was erg vriendelijk en begripvol, en heeft ervoor gezorgd dat het bedrag teruggestort werd. Omdat het proces wat langer duurde, kreeg mijn zoon bovendien een mooi pak gratis als compensatie. Dat gebaar waarderen wij enorm.

Kortom: ondanks de vertraging in de terugbetaling zijn we tevreden over de service en de manier waarop het is opgelost.

Ik heb hier de prachtige Starboy Puffer gekocht. Eerst in maat M, die was te klein. Maar er werd goed meegedacht of L danwel XL de beste optie zou zijn. We hebben samen gekozen voor XL. Deze jas zit als gegoten. Ontzettend vriendelijke en meedenkende medewerkers @luckamachain

Me and my 2 friends pre-ordered 2 years ago 3 hoodies. It took 13-14 weeks when it said it would only take few weeks to get them. Support was useless and we were happy to even get the hoodies. I like their clothes but this has kept me from ordering anything again. The hoodie also wasn’t very good quality. I don’t know if they have gotten better at keeping delivery times as promised but I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.
