No delivery and no refund

To date I haven't received my order - 2 personalised pyjamas - ordered on 14.11.25.

Advised delay with stock and would be out in a few days...

I have asked twice for a refund and have had no response.

Really disappointed and need the money back to order elsewhere and of course too late for Christmas

Buy elsewhere would be my advice

DO NOT BUY FROM LULABAY

If I could give zero I would, this company lie and lie, they say the items I ordered have been held in customs so could I wait a week, then the following week it's the same again. Then they say it's been sent only to receive NOTHING. Over 4 weeks and still nothing has been received. That's my granddaughter's Christmas presents gone. I hope you are happy with yourselves.
Please please please DO NOT ORDER FROM LULABAY, I ordered through Debenhams and Debenhams are just as bad too. They all just sit on your money and make it almost impossible to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.

I ordered some pyjamas and a dressing…

I ordered some pyjamas and a dressing gown . I was told they would be delivered within 48 hours. It has now been 8 days and according to tracking they haven't even been dispatched. Very misleading information needless to say it will be the first and last time I place an order.

Ordered 10 pairs of personalised pjs for Christmas Eve. I ordered them in AUGUST as previously struggled to get all of our sizes if left too late.

Received 9 pairs and told one of the sizes was out of stock and was due to arrive in Sept so by October I would have the missing pair. As they were for Christmas Eve I agreed.

Come October still no pjs, so emailed them to ask for an update. Been told allsorts from this company. One of which was “THE BOSS” was driving to London to collect the delivery of pjs.
Each week I contact I’m promised them the week after ! Needless to say still no pjs which can I add I have paid for !

Now the rest of the pjs are no use due to one pair being missing and my emails are now being ignored. I’ve now asked to return the rest of the order and asked for a refund to be once again ignored.

Never ever would I buy from this company again nor would I recommend to anybody. The experience I’ve had has been nothing but stress. I will be contacting trading standards…

Ordered a gift of kids personalised pjs…

Ordered a gift of kids personalised pjs and they arrived different than I expected but that’s a debate I had with them and they tell me I’m wrong but what I’m not wrong about is that they didn’t just smell a little musty… they absolutely stunk! You absolutely can not give them as a gift and if I wash it’s like giving a used gift. I emailed they were unhelpful and abrasive and finally agreed to a return and now won’t answer emails from me checking they have them to get a refund. I’m such an honest understanding person but this company just isn’t friendly and good at customer service at all. Buy with caution…

I ordered a pair of pyjamas last year…

I ordered a pair of pyjamas last year (the material was absolutely gorgeous!!) but the stitching had come apart and they had a little hole in them, the manager quickly sorted this problem for me which I was grateful for. I didn’t think much of it and have just ordered another pair… (again the material is beautiful!!) BUT the stitching is absolutely terrible and will soon come apart again! The name has been printed onto the pyjamas and not stitched (which will obviously come off in the wash). It’s so frustrating because i absolutely love lulabays material and sizing, it’s just the stitching and the printing of the name that really really lets them down. I will not be ordering again I think I have learnt my lesson now.

AVOID- SCAMMERS

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish.

I ordered personalised pyjamas from Lulabay months ago. One item arrived, and I was told the rest was out of stock — but they rang and asked if I’d be willing to wait until October for new stock to arrive. I agreed, and they confirmed by email that my order would be dispatched in October.

On 9th October, I was told the remaining items would be sent on the 17th. That never happened. Since then, I’ve sent seven emails and even texted the same staff member (Amber) who originally contacted me — and I’ve been completely ignored ever since.

Their website promises 48-hour replies, but it’s been over two weeks of silence. My items are still missing, my messages are being ignored, and the same products are somehow showing as “in stock” online.

This company has taken my money, failed to deliver what I paid for, and stopped communicating altogether. It’s disgraceful customer service and a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations.

I’ve now had to contact Debenhams, report the issue to Trading Standards, and begin a chargeback to recover my money.

Please avoid Lulabay completely — they do not deliver on promises, they do not respond to customers, and based on my experience, you risk losing your money.

Wrong child's name... no communication

We ordered a personalised item and never received the email with the link to personalise it. I messaged the company several times, to then get an email saying the item dispatched. By this point, I had still not received any email asking what personalisation I wanted. Instead, I received an item with a completely wrong name on. Its therefore unusable and the company are not responding to communication.
Terrible company, terrible customer service.

These people are THIEVES!!

THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY - AVOID AVOID AVOID
Ordered 2 personalised bath robes and despite taking my money immediately, 2 weeks later no robes have arrived.
I’ve messaged them on their customer service email multiple times, complained on their Facebook page, Instagram Page and tried to call but no response at all.

Greedy, thieving, con artists.

Disappointing

Ordered what I hoped to be a last minute present for someone special , customised it and paid the extra fee for next day delivery but still 6 days later still no answer on where my parcel has ended up . Was told they had CCTV proof of them handing it over to Royal Mail yet chose to refund me instead of helping me try to find out where my parcel has actually gone . Strange , Royal Mail claim they’re still waiting for this company to hand a parcel over… all seems very unprofessional
