I had a very disappointing experience with Lulu’s Holistics as an affiliate partner.
Despite following all their program requirements and promoting their products properly, they have not processed my commission payments and have completely ignored my follow-up emails.
There is a clear lack of transparency in how they handle affiliate payouts, and it raises serious doubts about their reliability and business ethics.
Additionally, after looking into their product feedback from other users, I also have concerns about the quality and authenticity of their products.
I’m sharing my experience here to warn others to be cautious when working with or buying from Lulu’s Holistics, as their actions have shown unprofessional and untrustworthy behavior.

What a joke, I just gave away $59. I have complained to the BBB and PayPal about this companies' failure to send the items I requested. BBB and Paypalclosed the case because the company did not respond (wow who saw that coming). They were quick to take my money in April, 2022 but it is now September, 2022 and those items still have not shipped which I have confirmed with FED EX several times. Buying anything from this company is like giving your money away and not getting anything in return. I'm a older black woman on a limited income and I REALLY wanted to support black business and this is what I got, nothing. What's even sadder is my daughter n law recommended this company because SHE believed in their products. Now every time we speak, she asks, "did you get your order yet", "did you get your money back". I guess they need the money more than I needed the product. Hope y'all sleep well at night.

I am honestly spectacle when ordering from unknown companies or companies I have not been recommended too however I came across their site and wanted to give them a try. I ordered back in November the 6th and was told my items will arrive on the 16th which they didn’t. I then emailed them on the 18th asking for an update the sent me a screen shot to say it’s in transit to contact FedEx. I gave it a little while and still nothing so I then contacted FedEx who has been trying to contact this company with no luck as they have stated an item I paid $20 as $1 which is ridiculous and without them responded to FedEx there is not much help they can do I’ve had to contact my bank to claim back the money. Professionalisms is poor I really wanted to support a bod k business but I see why people have trouble doing so it’s such a shame.
