Working with Nick and the team at Luma Web Design has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Nick and his team did an incredible job of taking the time to understand that vision and then turning it into something that, in many ways, was better than what we had pictured ourselves.

One of the things that really stood out was how easy they made the entire process. Building a website from scratch can feel pretty daunting, particularly for a small business owner who doesn't necessarily know how to translate what's in their head into a website. Luma's onboarding process and the forms they had us complete did a great job of asking the right questions and helping us communicate what we were looking for. From there, they just seemed to get it.

The communication throughout the project was excellent. Nick's responses were incredibly quick, and the turnaround time on the entire site was honestly remarkable. We've been through website projects before that seemed to take months and months to get to a finished product, and even then, we weren't nearly as happy with the result. This was easily the fastest website build we've experienced, without sacrificing the quality or attention to detail.

The finished site is stunning. The overall presentation really captured what we were after, but more importantly, it feels like our business. It showcases our concept extremely well, gives potential customers confidence in who they're dealing with, and sets the tone for the quality and values we want our company to represent.

We made the decision to invest in this website as part of testing a new market and determining the opportunity for this type of business. Having a professional site that we are genuinely proud to put in front of potential customers gives us a much better opportunity to properly test that market and, ultimately, grow the business.

We were truly impressed by our finished website and are very satisfied with the finished product! Our previous online presence was outdated. When we decided to move forward with the new website build we expected more of a basic landing page or something simple to help us attract clients. We have had an online presence with our blog, thenextbigadventure.net, for quite a few years. However, it was just a blog format to keep friends & family up to date on our travels and as a link for my freelance writing work.

As we moved into a new business plan of helping clients plan and book travel, we knew we needed to dramatically update our site, moving from just a blog into a true business website.

Because we were already working with Nick regarding our online business plan, we already knew how capable he was and appreciated that his "tech nerd" reputation would build an amazing new website. And, we were right!

From start to finish, he was always available for questions; he took our "wish list" and turned it into reality, including sending a detailed guide highlighting how he took what we asked for and made it into something real. Despite the time difference between us, he was prompt and responsive when we had questions.

As an online business owner himself, he really understood where we were heading with our ideas and added his own personal experience to enhance the site to make it super user-friendly and inviting.

The entire "revamp" was seamless, and the overall design fully captures our identity as a couple, travelers, and experts in the travel industry. In addition, because of the tools he has built, he was able to totally change the look of our site in just a couple of weeks, which was amazing!

We are super energized to really throw ourselves into creating this new online business and share our love and knowledge of travel with clients for years to come! Having a professional website is essential to create confidence for our clients.

Although the website is amazing, as we expected it to be, Nick really went above and beyond by providing such an amazing "handover" guide showcasing how he went from our initial thoughts and ideas to the finished product, which was so helpful.
