The table tops are beautiful

The table tops are beautiful, response and communication has been great, but shipping time….i ordered two end tables in early August and finally got everything on Oct 31. The bases are not attached to the table tops and let me tell you, this assembly process is awful. In fact, it’s so bad, we just stopped trying to put them together. Their instructions are crap, the bolts don’t fit the drill bits they tell you to use. You literally need power tools and the ability to drive those bits through the table. It’s a nightmare. There are not any pre drilled screw holes, it’s just here, hope it works out for you.

Beautiful

Arrived promptly. Bought a couple of dining and coffee tables. My husband was surprised by the quality and the included C channels. Definitely recommend!!

Highly Recommend

I recently purchased a wooden tabletop from Lumber Grand, and I’m really happy with it! The material feels solid and well-crafted. You can tell it’s made from high-quality wood. Avoid

Avoid. This is a scam and they will try getting you to remove your disputes then tell you another story. Keep your emails if they respond and use them to reopen your disputes and tell everyone they are scammers

Business provided very poor experience

I have also tried to get ahold of a live person by both email & phone #. However my emails are returned as not deliverable & no one answers the phone, nor anyway to leave them a message to return my call. After a few days of trying to get ahold of a live person I did receive an email to say the table top I had ordered was no longer available. I requested a full refund & was given it. Just have to stay on top on this business.

I have tried to get to a live person at…

I have tried to get to a live person at this company and had no response. The live chat they use is worthless. Seem to have a great looking web site however can’t get a live person to respond.
