Took 3 1/2 weeks to get item after much chasing and raising an issue with Paypal. We had a Hermes tracking message that seemed to do nothing although the item finally did arrive. However, I will not be using the lights as the 240v wires are way too thin for this voltage; they then go into a control box. There is a cover that can easily be popped off to reveal the live 240v connections. At the other end of the lights is a 240v female connector to join another string. Or for a small child to get electrocuted if the control box didn't get them. Given what I have seen, I wouldn't be surprised to find it was also a fire as well as an electrocution hazard. I'll be contacting trading standards and Paypal.

DO NOT USE. FAKE COMPANY. All positive reviews are fake which is what they've done on their SM sites too.
This company WILL take your money, will NOT communicate any further aside from sending a FAKE Hermes tracking number and you will NOT be able to get hold of them. Please do not use!

THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS THEY HAVE HAD LOADS OF PEOPLE IN THE SAME POSITION AS MYSELF. THEY DO NOT DELIVER, OR RESPOND VIA EMAIL OR PHONE AND THEY DELETE ALL BAD COMMENTS ON FACEBOOK. THEY ARE USING COVID AS A DEFLECTION OF THEIR ABILITY TO FULFIL YOUR ORDER! PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DOING THEIR BEST TO COME ACROSS LEGIT

Two of three items arrived, one item is faulty and have had no resolution/response from the company in regards to a refund for the faulty lights or the missing third item. I will never order from them again and I recommend people to find another supplier.

Scam website, they try to look like a UK presence but no such thing, based in China. Took money and then no response when tried to cancel. Be warned!

Still no reply, still no refund, still no parcel.

Order was placed middle of november and the lights never arrived, they offered a replacement which also never arrived and are now NOT responding to any communication regarding a refund or further replacement. This company is a SCAM and are continuing to delete negative reviews and comments on their social media. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

They took my money and never delivered my lights. I chased them and received an email which didnt contain any dates or promises. I noticed that there customer service person didnt sign it so i asked them who I was talking to, they didnt answer. So far i have contacted them on multiple occasions and they now just ignore me. I called their Manchester office which is a mobile number, the number doesnt ring instead it goes straight to a full inbox and hangups. I have reported them to the police and to Shopify as they use their shopping platform. If they have stolen your money report them to actionfraud.police.uk, Trustpilot doesnt allow links

Wish I had read the reviews on their social media before ordering. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, i have yet to receive anything but they have taken payment. They won’t respond to any emails to customer service. AVOID
