Do not buy from this company they refuse to acknowledge emails where I have asked to return unwanted item. Company sent 2 items and charged me for them when I only required 1 I have tried a number of emails but the do not answer, also the item I bought is a waste of money does not work like the advert shows

They disguised themselves as Argos. When you click on the advert you are immediately transferred to their website to complete purchase. It's a scam! My Bank put on a block of all three times they tried to take the same amount of money out of my bank. Thank goodness for Lloyd's Bank!

Never received order. Took money through PayPal. Lumibit contacted. No reply. PayPal don't want to know either. Don't know what else to do but accept my money has gone.

If i could I wouldn’t even give -10 stars reviews. The items are not fit for purpose. I have sent over 20 emails asking for a total refund. Only to be given 30% back. This not as advertised saying 100% money back with no questions asked. Please do not buy anything from these false promises and useless items. It’s all a big scam. From the videos to the refund policy.

Poor quality product. It was advertised as superior with metal parts but these are just plastic made to look like brass etc. save your money and look elsewhere.

I paid an £3.99 extra for next day delivery for my order and today, one week later, I have just received a tracking email to say my order will be delivered in JULY!

These fraudsters use UK brand logos they have nothing to do with.

They claims 4.9 star trustpilot rating which you see here is a total lie.

They claim the products are 100% UK mad
But want returns to go to CHINA.
So it is really just a Chinese trash.

The ads claims are so ridiculous that they will say anything to scam.

Took ages to arrive and have tried it for 3 weeks so far and it has done nothing. Complete waste of time

Nothing arrived and the item was charged twice. Totally dishonest and fraudulent. The only reason it has a star is because it won’t let you continue with none.
Do not even consider doing anything with this company .
Absolute scam.

Just a scam, my Norton virus checker was going overtime when I click on their website by accident through an advert I seen. Pure scam.

The marketing is complete and utter bullcrap. I accidentally clicked on an ad that said B&Q and it took me to lumibrit.com this is blatant false advertising which is illegal.

Totally fake ad using the good reputation of the real Boots.
If you are tempted to buy always use PayPal and you should get your money back.
Better still don't order ANYTHING from an ad on YouTube and complain to Google although they don't seem to care!

I can't understand how they get away with claiming these items are affiliated with Boots Chemists.

I do not understand how this company gets away with cheating its customer. Firstly, they take your money and don't deliver. Secondly, after the first email you send they ignore all of your other communications. Thirdly, they are now advertising a larger patch on the basis that the first small one really didn't work. They claim their products are available from Boots the Chemist and Superdrug but they are lying. In other countries they do the same with other big name chemists but none of them stock their product. That leads me to the testimonials in their adds which show amazing transformations in short periods of time with no medical supporting evidence. I doubt that theses are real. I have seen reviews that talk of failed attempts to get refunds under the 180 or 30 days guarantee so clearly a lot of people are disappointed and want their money back but can't get it. Their 2026 website is not finished and still has designer instructions about what needs to go in in certain places. From the language used I and guessing that this is not a company that is really based in the USA. More likely it is in some eastern country. The website is a very poorly constructed cut and past job and it very unprofessional. On the basis of this experience I regret having to give them even one star.

They advertise slimming patches through Google ads in your games that you play. Pretend that BOOTS THE CHEMIST endorses the item. After checking out their seemingly own website, they sell jewellery. So, someone has used this as a scam. Do not buy online slimming patches as they do not exist! Its a scam!
