Don't be taken in by the website. This is not an artisan product. It is a mass produced piece of plastic. The website talks about lamps hand crafted by this (probably) fictitious couple, who are retiring. So lamps are reduced from £100 to £40. Also talks about creating the lamps after the death of their dog etc. Foolishly I bought one. It is just a cheap plastic lamp, similar are available for a few pounds. I contacted customer support who replied but of course did not admit the scam. I have requested a refund and reported to card company. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE CHEAP CHINESE TAT

My order arrived, and I had a shock.
Total load of rubbish. Cheap plastic, paint work looks as if it's been done by a 2yr old. It is nothing like the lovely dog that was advertised. Not worth sending it back, it's come from China, which I wasn't a wear, and I havnt got the the time to mess about with all what it involves. Absolute disgusting company, coning people and getting away with it. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

I recieve my dog light it was terrible quality and nothing like what they are advertising cheap plastic.

These people need to be closed down for misdescriptons and misrepresentation.
Cheap and nasty products from China.
A complete rip-off.
The images on their site have no relevance to what they send.

I wouldn’t give any stars if possible as this is a sham website and wouldn’t recommend buying anything from it as it is all CHEAP and NASTY and totally untruthful regarding the look of their products. Avoid at all costs !!!

Absolute crap. Doesn’t work. Cheap plastic. Nothing like advertised product. A complete scam.

Only giving one star because you can’t give zero. This is definitely a scam. The product that arrived is cheap plastic rubbish - it’s a total insult to people who actually do handmake decent products to fraudulently pretend in this way. Impossible to return so around £40 wasted. It’s fit for the bin only.

This can only be a scam. The item did turn up (eventually) but it’s nothing like the photo on the website. It is a cheap plastic (paint damaged) cat without many colours and none of the multi faceted coloured sections shown. We ordered a battery operated light but received a cheaply glued USB. Looks like something mass produced and sold in a drop shipment. Please don’t be conned. These aren’t cheap items.
