The show wasn't great.. lots of drones either didnt light up or didnt match up with the image it was trying to create. Thought it was very poor. Easy shapes it tried to make. I wouldn't go to another laminate event. Avoid

Very poor value for money. You are charged more money if you wish to bring your own food! Prices for food on site are beyond the normal high price. We came in at 18:00. They promote that you should come as soon as possible. I can only say that is to squeeze you for money. The bands and acts were very poor. On a tiny stage and the sound was poor. In the end the drone display was mostly static and very short. This is an event focused on getting every bit of money from you for very little positive experience. On leaving the showground ( this was Norwich 18th April) we found it not controlled properly and dangerous. Staff in the wrong places and we observed a few near misses. When time out with family is precious please do not waste your time here.

This event was disastrous.
Food prices astronomical, mixed messaging re chairs and food, lots of people needlessly paid extra for this.
Initial postponement badly communicated, then a delay on the night of 50 minutes with a few childish excuses from the organisers.
From 8.15 until gone 9.00pm a large number of people were left sitting in a pitch black field with temps dropping down to 4°.
Where was the hosting ? Non existent.
No refund policy is a huge concern, they can’t lose.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star but cant do 0! Appalling company and would not attend.
Original show was cancelled due to weather conditions and re arranged for a Sunday. Not ideal for kids!
After paying extra to take our own picnic, noone was actually checking who had their own food and who didnt!
The advertised funfair was a few little rides aimed at young children. The tribute acts that were supposed to be the uks best were horrendous! Then when the drones were supposed to start it all went black. No communication to tell us what was happening for quite a while then fobbed off saying technical issues. Kept being told it would start in a few mins but over 45mins late before it started! Show was supposed to last 25mins and was barely 15!

I booked tickets for ragley hall on Saturday to watch Peter pan light show it was suspended to Sunday because of weather forecast we went along with my 3 year old grandson went around the fair and side attraction then sat in the car waiting for the show to begin after the announcement that it was delayed then delayed again because of technical issues we finally gave up and left just after 9pm with a very upset grandson and very disappointed grandparents we got home an hour and a half later a wasted day and for 25 pounds a ticket expected more very very disappointing

The Peter Pan drone show at Ragley Hall was subsequently moved from Saturday 11th April 2026 to Sunday 12th April 2026 due to the weather conditions being unsuitable which is understandable. There is no refund option if the date is amended. The food , drink, parking etc was all overpriced.The drone show was delayed twice due to 'technical issues' whilst we were there. As the event was originally supposed to take place the day before, surely they'd had plenty of time to sort out any problems. There was a lack of communication from the organisers regarding the delays. We had to leave after the display was delayed for a second time which was at 8.50pm as it was a 50 min journey back home and my grandson was getting tired. A complete waste of money and It doesn't reflect good on Ragley Hall in my opinion.

Yes Ragley hall event organisers handled things badly ( free for all getting out ) but the drone show was good. Although looking back at photos and videos it looked to only last about 18 minutes instead of 30 minutes advertised! For the cost I expected the full half hour.

No transparency at all .. all just felt like a scam.. in fact fyre festival comes to mind.. any negative complaint people are posting are getting deleted .. you should of just released a statement with an apology.. that was a terrible experience ridiculous prices including parking! Youv really let not just the public down but ragley hall also .. changed the dates and issues no refunds and the drones was an hr late people were leaving because the new date was to a Sunday and there kids had to be up early for school .. what should of been a pleasant experience just turned out to be a run for the exit

What an absolute disappointment this company is, the first ever Neverland show was postponed for a day fair enough, that gave them 24 extra hours to not let anything go wrong, the show started at 45 minutes later after 100 hundreds of people walked out, please bear in mind this would not usually be an issue but this was the last Easter day before school started early the next morning, absolutely disappointing for the whole family.

This is for lumina drones, not the event organisers.
The show (when it started!) was lovely. Yes it was a cut down version of Peter Pan but drones don't have endless battery life and it was advertised as 25 minutes long, which it was. The pictures in the sky were really good and it was quite a spectacle to see. My children really loved it.

I understand people are annoyed with it being rescheduled (it was definitely windier on Saturday) and that it was late starting, but technical difficulties happen. I also agree the no refunds was not great, but again this was the organisers, not Lumina drones.

All in all we had a lovely evening.

We really enjoyed the Neverland drone show. Magical for the young one in our party and engaging for adults too. The sound to accompanying story was good too.
Agree that perhaps lights from fair ground rides should have been turned off as they were distracting.
The delay of drone show starting was poor and yes communication could have been better.
The Saturday being cancelled (due to windy weather conditions understandably) whilst frustrating for some, we were prepared for this as when booking original tickets it does say this could happen with three other potential dates already planned in so we factored this in to our calendar and decision making to book.

Just got back from the Pater Pan event at Ragley Hall Warwick. What an absolute load of rubbish. Over priced parking, over priced food and the fare rides were a crazy price.
To top off the experience, the drone show was over 45 mins later due to technical difficulties. Loads of people left before it eventually got started. They didn’t miss much at all. Not worth it at all. Wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing 6 tickets.

How this company is still in business is beyond me!

They were to deliver the "first time showing" of Neverland drone show. We arrived at the venue Ragley Hall, Alcester at 3.30pm, and clearly witnessed the drone people preparing for the show scheduled for 8.30pm start. After many false promises of it starting. People were getting restless as most had young children. People were starting to
leave as it was getting late , I don't blame them. Eventually 45mins late, the show started at 9.15pm. The story was a very cut down version and some of the images of the characters were terrible. e.g. a fat plump fairy does not represent a lean tinker bell, and a hook that reminded me of candy man not Capt Hook. I could write several pages criticising the show but I will leave it now!

However, after the show was delayed starting for 45 minutes due to "technical issues" it was not worth the extra wait. By the time it started it was 9:15 (suppose to start at 8:30) and baring in mind it's Sunday and tomorrow is the kids first day back to school after the Easter holidays. I really would of expected them to have this in mind, everything 100% ready and tested ahead of the scheduled time for the show. Communication was poor. "It's not dark enough" was an excuse. The show itself was not worth the wait, the technology is good but not worth the money spent. Also to add, the placing of the drone show itself in the sky.....right above the fairground rides that were still lit up....great view....pictures and videos consisting of part drone show part helter-skelter ride!

Started over an hour late at 9:30pm, with the excuse that ‘it wasn’t dark enough.’ It was April. In England. You had one job.
Not sure how you can get the main event wrong and have to wait till an hour to fix it!

They also changed the date with no option for a refund. No accountability, no apology, no standards.
Avoid. These people need serious scrutiny

Ask the bank to take money back they will refund you straight away been proven as a scam

Delayed, tehnical issues, no communication about schedule, unfriendly staff, all in all don't waste your money on any event they put on

Absolutely dreadful way to treat people,I booked 3 tickets as a gift for Easter ,booked accommodation for Saturday night which was non refundable due to late notice.The fact that it is aimed at children to then expect them to be kept up late the night before their due back to school is an unforgivable oversight by this badly run company.I will be pursuing a refund as they cancelled last minute meaning many people have ended up heavily out of pocket.I can’t do Sunday and I would not trust going to another venue for fear of losing out on accommodation or the possibility that this could happen again.

Useless company taking money and offering no refunds. A recent drone show (at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire) had the date changed and refused to refund anyone. If you change the contract (i.e the date) then the consumer has the right to cancel.

They are in direct breach of the Consumer Rights Act which categorically states that any events that have the dates altered are liable for refunds. Putting "No Refunds" is in direct violation of Statutory Rights and in breach of UK law. This company should not be operating and it's easy to see why they have one of the lowest Trustpilot rating I have ever seen!

No idea if the show is good or bad, but the company behind it is sly, vindictive and seems to feel that the UK legal system does not represent them.

DO NOT GO TO THESE SHOWS!

Space Safari in St Albans was one of the best evenings we’ve had as a family. Beautifully organised and visually stunning from start to finish.
