We want to sincerely apologise for the delay in responding — your emails to us landed in our spam folder, which means we missed them entirely. This is not the standard of service we hold ourselves to, and we're sorry it left you feeling ignored.

Regarding the pillowcases: our bamboo fabric is designed to be breathable and moisture-wicking, but we understand that results vary and we're sorry they haven't delivered what you hoped for.

We have now processed a full refund of £64.80, which should reach your account within 1–2 working days. We're sorry it came to this and hope it goes some way to restoring your faith in us.
