Zero stars. I was scammed out of 130 $ on my birthday!
I bought a very cool coat for myself. It was weeks and then months . I had contacted the company several times to inquire about my order, to which they informed me it was shipped to the wrong address and that I would have to pay another 10.00$ pay pal ( sketchy) I refused and asked for a refund. They said the merchandise’s had been destroyed and offered me a 10.00 coupon for their store. BUYER BEWARE! Never again

Ok it’s 11 days later and on day 7 I asked for my order to be cancelled and to be refunded and they said that the order couldn’t be stopped because it was already shipped. Today they said that the order is In the process of being shipped and that it still isn’t processed yet after they told me that it was. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Don’t order from this website they are a scam.

Super unhappy with the quality of the dress I ordered. The only positive I can give, is the color was what I ordered. The hem line was completely different than what was pictured and the material was super cheap and thin. Customer service lacked a professional response and only offers a small portion of cost as a return. I would definitely not recommend.

The clothes are not the same as advertised. I spent $86 on a coat. My coat is not a real carhart, and it was paper thin and not suitable for the winter. They will not give you a refund and they only give you the option of store credit/ coupon and keep your crappy product or a partial refund of $20. Their factory is in guangzhou China if you're in town, tell them I want my money back, Xia Xia.

There are many options available at reasonable prices. The quality is excellent.

Vintage Country Lace is absolutely gorgeous. I will be wearing it as my Wedding Dress next year.

Horrible. Did not receive anything close to the dress in the picture. I got a severely diminished quality of something that barely looks like it. I paid $111!!!! I got two sizes as I wasn’t sure what I’d need and had a wedding coming up that I didn’t have time to order a second time for. I tried returning the dresses, and they offered me $42 in store credit or refund and to keep the items. Um, no thanks. These dresses are junk. Do not buy from them.

Ordered item 5 days ago - still no tracking. Attempted to fill out dispute for further information, immediate "Dispute cancelled by consumer" error message yielded. In almost 2026, it's unbelievable that sites are still scamming!

DO NOT purchase anything from lunarpara! This company is a scam. Purchased 3 items which didn’t at all match their deceptions, poor poor quality, took a month to arrive, and when tried to return unworn packaged items was told I could only get a partial credit and would also need to pay to ship back even though it was their mistake. Emailed multiple times with little to no responses. Option on website to submit return request doesn’t work. Beyond disappointed all around. This company should be shut down

BAD!! Not only is the clothing CHEAPLY made but not as advertised I only gave 1 star because it would let me put anything lower. The customer service is horrible they do t let you do returns even if in it’s original packaging and only after dozens of back and forth conversations did they say its to late to return they purposely stalled to not accept a return DO NOT BUY from this company thrift stores have better quality and costumer service

The clothing items is what I was most excited about. It is my first time ordering and I am looking forward to wearing the clothes. One thing I am worried about is if I was on a legitimate website or a scam. I saw the clothes on Pinterest and clicked from there to purchase the items. Hopefully it was a legitimate website and I will receive the items I purchased
