Not sure I am ever going to get a response. Bought an item end of October which said it would be dispatched 8/11. Messeged when it hadn't been sent and they then said it would be dispatched 15/11. It wasnt shipped so I messaged again to ask when it was being shipped with no reply. Messeged two more times again this week also with no reply.. Basically just threw money away and not sure how to get it back :(

You don't respond to emails. We have purchased a ride on car that does not work. No phone number is also an issue.

Customer service is really bad. No reponse

Delivery was a shambles. Should have received two boxes but only received one. The only solution that I received from Lupipop was to ‘wait’. I’m now getting the other half of the order a week after the first half was delivered. I understand that delivery issues are dependent on the courier company but Lupipop did not want to deal with them directly at all so I had to do it myself.

I ordered a couple of items from this website on 22/10/23. After 2 days, I received an email for the tracking number and it says "shipment for order ***** is on the way". I kept checking for the tracking number that they provide but up until now its not working. I contacted them and they told me the item hasnt been dispatched??? today i received an email that they are still waiting for the other item to arrive??🤬

Lovely product, lots of options & colours of kids products! Postage was quick too 👍🏽 I did see the slide cheaper on another site but happy to support an Aussie business. Thanks 😊

The good - I got my item in the end, and they provided some assistance via email BEFORE I bought anything.
The bad - Once purchased, the tracking number provided did not work for over a week. I had zero response from company about where my item was, despite many emails and texts to the numbers listed against the business. The only time I got a response from the company regarding the item I bought was once I lodged a payment dispute when I was getting no response and no item had arrived, and I thought I had been scammed. Then got an immediate response (what a shock).
Would not buy from again purely due to the lack of customer service, no phone number to speak to anyone, and zero response on the 'live chat' function ever.

I am actually very disappointed, the item is faulty and I did email you. I also tried to call the number but no one has replied back to me. I would like to return the chair please as I have paid $300 and I don’t even get a simple reply back regarding the issue I have.

This book has to be the best made child's book I have came across, the colours are bright and all the activities in it are age appropriate
