Never got my product! Mails are unanswered. Instagram comments were deleted!

HERES YOUR WARNING!!!! Was previously scammed by these disgusting people. The bank helped me claim and I got my money back and they are now claiming that’s false and claiming my money back!! Disgusting company and bunch of scammers

Placed an order last Tuesday. No update, no item, no shipping details. I have sent 2 emails and tried a few times on their chat.... no reply on anything! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

FRAUD - SCAM COMPANY

Ordered it but couldn’t send them my videos. Contacted them multiple times and no response. Used the chat on their website demanding a response to be told that it was due to be delivered yesterday and of course it hasn’t! This company have no intention of posting and just take your money! Fraudulent company!

I placed an order with this company in December 2024 and received a faulty item. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and social media, I have received no response, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no effort to resolve the issue.

Customer service is non-existent — I was given false promises of a replacement, which never arrived, and I’m still out of pocket by £140. It’s completely unacceptable to ignore paying customers and fail to deliver what was promised.

Save yourself the stress and money. This company is untrustworthy and unprofessional. I’ll be taking further action to recover my funds.

I’ve been waiting months for my order and there has been zero communication from this seller. This feels like a scam. Please be careful if you’re thinking about ordering from this shop.

This is a scam. They take your order and money and then never deliver and never reply to messages or emails. Read their instagram comments. So many people have been ripped off.

I placed my order in mid-January, but it took over six weeks to arrive. During that time, I reached out to customer service multiple times, but never received a response.

When the product finally arrived this week, I was disappointed to find that my files, which I had requested and paid to have preloaded, were not on the device. Despite carefully following all the tutorials on their website, I have been unable to upload the videos myself.

I have tried contacting customer service through multiple channels, but have yet to receive a reply. The lack of support and poor service has been incredibly frustrating, especially since this was an expensive item purchased as a sentimental gift.

I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise others to avoid buying from them.

Placed an order on 29/01 and it’s been over two weeks and still haven’t received the video book. Have sent multiple emails - I’ve only had one response from customer service, to say it would arrive this week and yet hasn’t arrived. No email to say it’s even been sent so not hopeful it’s arriving any time soon. Like the previous reviewer… I’m hoping this isn’t a scam website!!
