Order arrived after 3 weeks of waiting unfortunately it didn’t fit well. I have tried contacting them numerous times for a refund but no one’s responds to me. Also you can’t actually get your money back only a store credit. This should be at the top of payment pages as I was not aware of this when I spent £70 on an order that I’d no good. Do not use this company you can get same quality lingerie cheaper elsewhere!!

I am so mad! Placed my order in January & it’s still not here- of course the money is gone. They mixed up my two orders the cheap stuff is here the expensive of course not. Still fighting for my order but will never ever buy anything there again.

I almost didn’t purchase my set due to these poor reviews. I’m so glad I went ahead and got it! It’s so gorgeous, looks exactly like the picture, and fits perfect! I feel the quality is great. I think it took about a month to receive it.

Terrible return policy
Terrible return policy. Online it says you can return within 21 days. What they don’t tell you is that it will cost more than double to ship back than what your items cost. Now I’m stuck with a bunch of stuff that I can’t return.

I placed my order almost a month ago and still haven’t received my order when the estimated shipping time was 7-14 days. I can’t track my order either, the USPS tracking number I was given doesn’t work. I’m starting to wonder it I was scammed into buying something from a fake online store and I’ll never actually receive my order.

Our standard delivery is estimated to take 7-14 working days to most countries. Upon checking, it seems that your order has been on its way for 10 working days so far.
The USPS tracking number will start working once your package arrives to the US and is handed over to your local courier. However, all tracking details before that are available on our website under the order tracking page.
We also have reached out to you several times through email but never heard back.
