I ordered the large travel bed in khaki and it arrived very quickly with excellent communication. Assembly is simple and the whole item is good quality, especially the zip. It has been in constant use and will be a very useful addition. Also lightweight! I used my first time buyer discount and overall I think the bed offers excellent value for money considering the quality of the product. For info my dog is a Labrador collie cross and the large size gives her lots of space.

Fantastic product, my dog sat straight in the bed and snuggled up and when put in the car slept the whole journey!

Excellent purchase! I have a very happy Bailey dog, as he falls asleep in his car seat - I just wish I’d bought it sooner, as he used to cry and hate the car. Worth every penny as my fur baby is now a contented passenger.

The travel dog pod arrived in reasonable time but we found one of the cushion pads soiled with blood before opening the plastic bag. After many calls to get to speak with someone they understood the problem and agreed to send out a replacement by next day delivery. We were initially happy and impressed with this proposal but after 2 days and no signs of replacement we phoned dozens of times to enquire what was happening. All of our chasing phone calls were automatically cut off after 30 seconds not being able to speak with anyone. Sending an email we got an email response asking for photos of the soiled pad and response "they would investigate what has happened with the replacement". It seemed obvious that one was not despatched that day as promised. Left us deflated as we were hoping to use the pod on holiday with our dog but now unlikely due to this delay. The company failed to fulfill their promise to quickly resolve this problem and lowered our opinion of the level of customer service. Here's hoping we eventually get a quick resolution and delivery in the next couple of days?

Helpful and approachable. Listened to my queries, gave good advice and ensured I was happy with their business.

Very pleased ! Arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged .
The pod is exactly as advertised
amazing quality and very stylish !
Thanks Luther Bennett ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our dogs love their pods so much and the customer service is excellent. Friendly professional and helpful team always quick to help with any questions .

Prompt delivery. Quality product thank you.

Great car seat. My dog loves it. Shame there was no connection for attaching her collar. I couldn't use it straight away as I had to hunt for a short lead connection. The instructions for attaching were pretty bad. It would have been good to have proper instructions. Not just a few second video.

Easy to order with goods being dispatched the same day as ordering & arriving the next day. I purchased two of the classic pods in “hazlenut” which is a very chic colour. They are well made & look super comfy providing lots of padding which is what you want should the unwanted & unexpected occur.
My son put them both together in 15minutes without any issues & I don’t anticipate any issues installing them in the family car.
More than happy to recommend this company & their product.

My 12 week old Lab pup has a new home! So delighted with the way he's taken to his Luther Bennett. It's top quality and feels very sturdy. Sure we're going to have many adventures over the years thanks to his new travel bed. Can't recommend highly enough - both the speed of delivery and the quality of the product. It's a little more expensive, but you really do get what you pay for. An investment for years rather than consistently replacing beds. Very happy :)

We’ve been using the Luther Bennett car pods for a long time and they have been an absolute game-changer for travelling with our Whippet.
We love them so much that we have both sizes and multiple skins to swap around. They are incredibly safe, sturdy, and well-made, while giving our pup a super comfortable and secure space to relax during drives. If you want peace of mind while driving with your pet, these are worth every penny!

Well made ease of use

Lovely product. My puppy is travelling in style!

Beautiful dog car seat!!! Can't recommend enough. My puppy is happily asleep.

Great product at a fair price with excellent communication and support information

Excellent website product almost too good to be true but I have to say it is exactly as shown but even more beautiful when it arrived and unpacked. I cannot wait for my pup Piglet to arrive on the 1st October!!

Ordering great. Delivery fast, product fab, dog seems real comfy and relaxed in it and previously struggled with motion sickness - so real happy with product. Only issue, far too many emails.

💯 the best quality product I have seen in a long time. As a premium, one on one dog walker & boarder this is a must have for me and looks so in incredibly stylish in my passenger seat! Super fast delivery, great packaging & so easy to use. Bella - Salty Dogs Cornwall
