During the New Year period, our customer service team was on holiday, which unfortunately caused a delay in our response. We have been actively following up on the status of your package, and we regret to inform you that the container carrying your order encountered a customs inspection during transit, which resulted in a longer delay. We are in close communication with our logistics partner and are doing everything we can to ensure your lamp reaches you as soon as possible.

We sincerely hope you receive your much-anticipated lamp soon and once again apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Rest assured, we will continue to monitor your order closely and work to resolve this issue promptly.

However, based on the information provided:

We haven’t received any reports about a single customer receiving two defective products.
We couldn’t locate an order based on the details from your account and review description.
We reviewed all orders placed around your stated purchase date and found no similar issues.
For these reasons, we suspect this may be a malicious attack from a competitor. If this is not the case, we’re more than willing to address any real concerns you may have.

Regarding the issue you mentioned with your light fixture order, please understand that the product you ordered is a custom-made item, which requires a few business days for production. We are working diligently to complete your order as quickly as possible, and we share the same goal as all our customers—to ensure that everyone receives their desired and perfect light fixtures as soon as possible.

Regarding the missing order details and order number, we sent a confirmation email to you on November 30th. Could you kindly check if you received that email? If not, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

We have already coordinated with our backend team to expedite production and complete your order as quickly as possible.
