Had a salesperson attend my residence for a measure & quote whom I found to be rude, arrogant & not take the time to explain the product, he was obviously in a very big hurry to move on. I rang management and mentioned that I am happy to deal with Rundle as long as I don't have to deal with this particular salesperson which they were fine with until I received an email from the salesperson. Rang management and they have now back tracked and said that I will need to deal with this salesperson or take my business elsewhere. As is the case, we don't always get along with people, this is normal, but to insist that a customer must get along or to take my business elsewhere is a testament to their customer service values. I have wasted 4 weeks with this company only to be informed of this by Samantha.

I’ve used Rundle blinds 3 times now, and each time I have had excellent service, helpful advice and super decorating advice.
Everyone from staff on the desks to Sam who has visited to sort my plans, to the installers; they are invariably helpful and lovely.
And every product has been great quality.

I was looking for an easy to clean, long lasting blind for my new bathroom but it also had to be functional and look beautiful too.

We are extremely happy with the installation, quality and ease of operation of our 5 outside blinds, never regret Ian’s advice to have electrical operation on all of them. My wife would not have been able to use them with her Rheumatoid Arthritis, but from her bed she can easily use the as required.
Our apartment faces East, the sun early in the day is quite intense and the selection of fabric still allows both clear vision and moderation of the sun heat and glare.
The installers were pedantic about the quality of their work, polite and clean, great to experience this still, well done Rundle Blinds and their team.

Rundle Blinds recently installed many products throughout my new home in Torrens Park SA. This includes Luxaflex indoor blinds to a cathedral entrance, Luxaflex outdoor blinds to the alfresco area and blockout curtains and sheers throughout. The service I have received from Ian visiting the site to talk through design and colours to Jarod and Aaron, the installers, has been so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I have appreciated their attention to detail to ensure that everything is accurately positioned, colour coordinated and looks amazing! Fantastic service with excellent quality blinds. Luisa our sales consultant was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with both our lumishades and duette blinds and have put in another order for more blinds in our new property.

We are totally satisfied with the blinds and shutters installed in our new home.
The staff, in particular Luisa and Sean, were warm, approachable and professional in their approach to us. They listened to what we needed from a functional perspective, acknowledged what we wanted aesthetically, and then came up with suggestions, all of which we adopted.
There were a few installation challenges, and a couple of hiccups, but all were overcome with good grace and speedily.
The effect is even better than we had hoped for and we are very much enjoying living in our new home.

Dealing with Rundle Blinds was a pleasure, from the measure to the installation of our beautiful Lumishades.

Absolutely delighted by our Luxaflex purchase- once again.

The service was good and the installation, however the cord which operates the blind is not smooth at the join therefore it is clunky in raising and closing. So not that satisfied with the product.
